Great Service

Upon arrival, I was greeted and directed to check in. The young man checked me in, was very knowledgeable, patient, professional and made several recommendations to enhance my current and future visits. I valued being recognized as a silver member.

Stained bedding and blood stains in bathroom

King bedding was blood stained on all pieces and was sent queen size replacement. Second attempt I was sent 1-fitted sheet, 1- flat sheet, third attempt I gave up after an hour as it was nearly 3am by then. Bathroom had multiple blood stains on the doorframe, soap dispenser, wall, lavatory faucet, and bedroom floor. I have stayed here many times with great service and quality. This stay was completely unacceptable and even dangerous.

Feels like home

Love the hotel and room. Amenities are very expensive and wristbands were not included in the resort fee. Other than that our stay was am!

Excellent

Best property to stay at if you’re going to Disney! Close easy access road straight on to property in under 15 minutes. Property is clean and beautiful. No reason to leave property as everything you could want is there!

Incredible Vacation

Staff members that need recognition Manager Stephen was absolutely amazing I can’t thank him enough. Guest services Patricia and Tina. Restaurants ANGEL the best. He always makes our vacation amazing. Truly feel like family. Greg and Kyle are fantastic. Actually all staff at Breezes. Cabanas staff at Fun Zone Brianna. Emma at Waters edge. Sarah at game room Diana and Ralphie excellent helped with cabanas. Ginger with event planning. There is just not enough space for all I have to say but definitely 100% I hope they get recognized for there excellence customer service

Great place to relax with the family

We loved our time in one of the villas here. Our three-bedroom unit was so spacious, clean and well -decorated. The space allowed everyone to have their own personal space for relaxation. We loved our time at the main pool, too. It was great to have a space for our toddler to play safely in the water. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing Stay for My Wife's Birthday! We recently stayed at a beautiful 2-bedroom villa to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The on-site amenities were fantastic—our kids loved the lazy river and the fun arcade, which provided hours of entertainment. The restaurants were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious food that we all enjoyed. Another huge plus was the location—it was so close to Disney, making it easy for us to have a magical day at the parks and come back to relax in the villa. From the excellent service to the fantastic amenities, this resort exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

I really enjoyed my time at this resort. My granddaughter have a wonderful visit she loved the pools including the lazy river and she can't wait to go back again.
