Great service

My family had an excellent experience from check in to check out. The staff is friendly and very helpful!

Bathrooms

Shower rods were bad and tiles crack but Engineering came and did everything they could to make our stay great

Privacy and beautiful pools

I recommend this resort, we have a lot of fun and relax there. Very clean place my kids want to go back as soon as possible.

The grounds and rooms are so clean and nice, I wish I could have stayed longer. The pool and lazy river are the absolute best.

Stayed at Holiday inn

the place was awesome except they close the pool too often

Availability for 3 bedroom suite in short notice

We had a death in the family so we needed room for family. The reservation was easy to make and they provided us with everything. Plates, cookware, washer v and dryer. However, there were huge cockroaches in the room. This ruined the whole experience.

Awesome stay

My family and I had a great time. We were offered many perks and it was a good getaway for us. I wish there were healthier food options, but they have a lot of restaurants close by.
