Vacation club tour
We were called by IHG to do a tour of the property in exchange for a room. The room was not nice. It was cheap and had cockroaches. Then on the tour, they showed us very nice rooms. This is not effective marketing.

Great stay
Would recommend to families or large groups. Have lots of pools and options for food and shops. Nice to have washer and dryer in villa and full kitchen so you don’t have to eat out every meal!

Enjoyed our stay and time at the resort the room was very big and roomy for my family of 7. The location of the room. Was excellent stayed in the East village right by the pool made it easy getting 3 kids under the age of 7 back and forth.

Great location, service is great, and clean rooms
The location of this resort is fantastic if you are visiting Disney World. Universal Studios is not to far either. We spent most of the days at Disney World and Universal Studios, but the time we spent on resort was great. The staff is nice and do a really good job. The rooms were great and comfortable. The pools were great and the kids really enjoyed them the one time we went. The amenities inside the rooms were great to have for our almost week long stay.

Love Love Love this resort
An excellent place to relax as long as its not a Holiday Weekend. Cabanas are well worth the rental for the lazy river and ask for Larissa. Husband and daughter loved to golf. We were able to relax and enjoy family time. Not too far from Disney. Only downfall is the staff trying to sell you a Time Share. They are there to hustle you and if you dont agree to one they will become a little rude. Overall loved this place and will be back again

Beautiful and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and sanitize pools mid day as well as spraying room doors and elevators to ensure your stay is safe during covid.
