Full relaxation...never leave the resort!

This resort is huge and includes so many things that you can truly park your car and never leave the resort. You can visit a different pool each day, choose from arcades or putt putt, eat from delicious restaurants. You name it...they have it...even Starbucks!! You won't be disappointed in this home away from home style resort.

Bugs in room

On the first night, a large live roach was in the guest bathroom which I was able to kill. On the same night, another large live roach crawled out from under the bed in the master bedroom. I attempted to kill it, but it got away. Also four baby roaches were in the master bathroom. The roaches were reported to the office staff, but they would not assign us to another room. They only offered to spray the room. On the second night, a large roach was crawling on the floor near the bed in the master bedroom. I was successfully able to kill it.

Great place

Great place. Would stay there again. The only issue we had was the guy who checked us in told us several things that were inaccurate. Maybe he as unaware of some of the closures but told us we could get fudge and ice cream at a place that was closed on the property since March and this was Oct and it was right beside the check in area so it seems like he would have known that. Also sold us a pass to the last river and putt putt and made it seem to us like we had to have the pass to do the lazy river and we didn’t need it. The rock wall and waterslide was closed but didn’t tell us that. That was also supposed to be a part of the pass. He told us if we didn’t buy the pass that day we couldn’t get a deal on it. We feel like he scammed us on that. We spent money for our whole family that we shouldn’t have on these passes.

Great Place

This room was great! We got upgraded free od charge to a one beroom villa. The room was clean and spacious. We were right next to the pool. The pool wa very relaxing i highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place

I really enjoyed the resort, especially the room and the look of the resort. It is kid friendly, but me and my husband needed some alone time and it was still perfect without the children. Make sure to check on with Joshua, he’s super informative and has a nice warm welcome!

Wonderful Hotel and Experience

The hotel and the amenities are outstanding. I wish instead of shutting the pools down every day from 2:30 to 3:30 pm, you would just clean the items not in use. If we are using chairs and tables, we will continue using them the rest of the day or as long as we stay there. There is no reason to clean tables and chairs in use. We came to Florida from MI to enjoy the sun and water and you kicked us out every day during the hottest part of the day.

Relax time

Had a issue with rate quoted but upon my arrival Danny at customer service was very helpful and went above and beyond to fix our issue but did so much more. You have earned a loyal customer because of his professionalism and kindness. I hope he gets a atta boy because he made ALL the difference thank you as well to Gabby his manager that approved and helped him with our concerns.

Best customer service

I have stayed here twice so far and I highly recommend this resort for families. My kids and I had a great time both times and will definitely stay again
