Great staff, great location, spotless!
The property is very well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Decorative “log cabin/ style furniture”. The condo was spotless… very comfortable!! Location is an excellent spot for visiting the Berkshires.

The accommodations that we had were dated and the stairs to the bedroom level were very steep and dangerous. Not handicapped accessible by any means. Good condo space so no cramped feeling, furniture was worn but comfortable.

Great stay w the family
Our family had a nice stay. We used the pool, played mini golf, and enjoyed the proximity to tanglewood. We would recommend this as a place to stay in the future.

Lovely rustic resort
This resort felt like summer camp in the Berkshires. Great value and the amenities were simple but plentiful. Facilities are a little outdated but added to the rustic charm in my opinion. We will be back!

Nice location and great Staff.
We loved the location and the parking. Being close to other towns in the area was a plus as well. Very nice space for two couples. We enjoyed the balcony each day and the coffee pot was a nice amenity. The bed and pillows were also of particular quality.

Great location, comfortable, with numerous facilities and activities.
We stayed at ONS for almost a month. It is a whole family resort. A great place if you have children. We are a mature couple that came to enjoy the culture and beauty of the Berkshire Mountains of MA while escaping the FL summer for a while. It was comfortable and clean. Service was outstanding, Furniture and decor desperately need updating. Swimming pool ladders were not safe for older swimmers to use. We were lucky to get a ground floor villa with a wonderful view. Be aware buildings are 3 stories with no elevators. Some buildings have ramps to upper levels.

The dining table cushions need to be secured to the chairs. There seems to be some outside maintenance that needs to be done. Gutters hanging and needing paint. Some of the trees needed to be trimmed to walk under.

Great Family Stay-cation
It was our first time at Oaks N Spruce Holiday Inn in Western Mass! We had a great stay-cation!! … swimming, a John Williams concert, mini golfing, Norman Rockwell Museum, games, lighting storm; great memories were made!

Spacious Berkshire stay
Our two story room was quite spacious and ideal for a family. Bathrooms had great water pressure, beds are comfy. Huge kitchen including fridge. Perfect for a multi-day stay. Interior is a bit dated but not a big deal. Quick drive to nearby towns for sightseeing.

Comfortable but not a "villa"
The condo is comfortable, but it is definitely not a "villa". They should make this clear at time of booking. The facilities on site (pool, hot tub, ...) are nice.
