Great location, comfortable, with numerous facilities and activities.
We stayed at ONS for almost a month. It is a whole family resort. A great place if you have children. We are a mature couple that came to enjoy the culture and beauty of the Berkshire Mountains of MA while escaping the FL summer for a while. It was comfortable and clean. Service was outstanding, Furniture and decor desperately need updating. Swimming pool ladders were not safe for older swimmers to use. We were lucky to get a ground floor villa with a wonderful view. Be aware buildings are 3 stories with no elevators. Some buildings have ramps to upper levels.

The dining table cushions need to be secured to the chairs. There seems to be some outside maintenance that needs to be done. Gutters hanging and needing paint. Some of the trees needed to be trimmed to walk under.

Great Family Stay-cation
It was our first time at Oaks N Spruce Holiday Inn in Western Mass! We had a great stay-cation!! … swimming, a John Williams concert, mini golfing, Norman Rockwell Museum, games, lighting storm; great memories were made!

Spacious Berkshire stay
Our two story room was quite spacious and ideal for a family. Bathrooms had great water pressure, beds are comfy. Huge kitchen including fridge. Perfect for a multi-day stay. Interior is a bit dated but not a big deal. Quick drive to nearby towns for sightseeing.

Comfortable but not a "villa"
The condo is comfortable, but it is definitely not a "villa". They should make this clear at time of booking. The facilities on site (pool, hot tub, ...) are nice.

I liked out vacation alot. beautiful grounds and very comfortable room. only complaint us the pool towels can't be changed in for clean ones without a $14 charge. that is ridiculously high. I've never incurred any charge by any hotel to get clean towels.

the pools were great, staff excelent.rooms are very nice the location is wonderful,we will be back with our grandkids in october.they will love it.Close to Tanglewood and Lenox,lee ,we will be using your hotel chain and inns most often
