A fantastic stay The Oak and Spruce

The Oak and Spruce was great. I loved that there is no daily housekeeping service, so you don’t have to worry about leaving your room at a certain time. The villa was spacious and great for entertaining. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the shower and giant tub. It’s very hands off there — you run your own loads of dishes through the dishwasher, and you take out your own trash and recycling. The full kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. You have to bring your own coffee filters if you bring coffee, as well as cooking oil, etc. if you intend to cook, but that is part of the charm of this place. There’s no checkout via the TV, but it was easy to call the front desk and checkout over the phone. This place was clean, affordable and in a great location. Definitely staying here again when in the area.

Quiet and comfortable

Quiet and comfortable, room needs updating. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels. Spacious indoors and outdoors. Love the full kitchen! Friendly staff. Trails were nice to walk, pools and weight room looked great. We will be back!

Great Property

Great property! Amenities were great! Me and my wife celebrated our 10 year anniversary there. It was our first time and it was a great time. We played miniature golf, the arcades and enjoyed karaoke at the bar. The surrounding area has great food that we enjoyed and the outlet for shopping was great as well. Our room was great and spacious. We are definitely coming back and I can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of this great property.

Nice Amenities and Reasonably Priced

Our condo was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We loved having a functional kitchen and free access to washers and dryers, and the fitness center seemed well-maintained. We also enjoyed the free minigolf. There's not a lot within walking distance around the property, but the area is quiet and there are numerous restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

place is great

We were there for a wedding and therefore did not have any time to enjoy the amenities. The place is fantastic for families with children of all ages. Plenty to do tight there, no traveling needed. Once there relax and enjoy. The furniture needs updating. The grounds are beautiful.

This was the perfect resort and so convenient to local attractions.

Beautiful Stay..for the most part

Everything is great there, the property, surroundings, things to do, and accommodations. O ly thing, i do suggest is check your unit to make sure any specialty accommodation requests are met BEFORE you settle in and unpack. Also quick check your bath dispensers to make sure they r full. Otherwise, Oak & Spruce is my 'go to' getaway!!

Great Value for Families

We stayed at this resort to attend a family wedding nearby. The entire resort was super clean with so many things for families to do. The only thing that could be improved is marking building 34 better. Took us a while to find our villa. We asked a few employees but non spoke English

Double Billed!

I was billed twice!! By Expedia and the hotel! Incompetent billing system! Grade F

Fun activities with old time resort feel

While the resort needs some major renovations and TLC, the staff was friendly and there were plenty of activities. The drinks at the outdoor pool bar where great and reasonably priced, unlike the food in the café that was not very tasty and expensive for what was offered.
