Great Staff and Location
Had a great week thanks to the very attentive and friendly staff and amenities. Short walk to restaurants and Bourbon Street. Trolley line stop right across the street. Very convenient for getting around the French Quarter, Uptown and The Garden District. Highly recommended.

Great location. No on site restaurants, but many in walking distance. Valet seriously expensive. Staff was very helpful and friendly!!

Very Nice Holiday Inn Vacation resort
Nice Deluxe 1 bedroom and staff was very accommodating There is no food or bar at this site which was a little disappointing The pool was listed as heated but it was not and was closed when we visited No guest events at this resort but it is New Orleans and the French Quarter was only a short walk away We enjoyed the facility and our week in New Orleans

Hot water issues and likely bed bug issue on the sofa
No hot water on first night until they send a second maintenance guy to raise my rooms hot water tank temperature. Sofa may have bed bugs as both me and my wife got itchy bug bites after seating.

Fabulous room
I was put on the 11th floor in a suite. It was fantastic with espresso maker, full-size fridge, wine fridge, dining area, stove/oven and all the necessary kitchen supplies. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is so friendly, and I was always greeted with a smile.

Nice resort with great location
The resort overall is very nice with a great location and modern, clean rooms. If you're looking to experience New Orleans and the French Quarter you'll definitely enjoy your stay here. Its only a couple blocks from Bourbon Street and lots of things to do. Only a couple minutes walk from the famous Cafe Du Monde and lots of Nola history.

Large rooms
Large rooms with a full kitchen. Has all the comforts of home. Bed is very comfortable and room darkening drapes work well. Really liked having the automatic ice maker and cold water from refrigerator. Pool is small but very comfortable area. Wish the bar was open.

The hotel was comfortable and walking distance to many amenities. Valet parking was the only option. We used the pull out sofa, and it was not very comfortable, but our kids slept well on the main bed. The room was spacious and our kids enjoyed the small pool.
