Great location and accommodations!
This property is well maintained. The location is perfect and near the Warehouse District as well as the French Quarter. It is on the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar Line and one block off Canal. The staff is very congenial and helpful, especially Sue who greets at the entrance. The security is good as well. All in all, a great experience.

Check in process was very smooth. Miss Sue was a true pleasure to deal with. Her customer service skills are second to none. She is an asset and should be cherished as an employee.

We had a wonderful time
We loved it. It was very nice to have space to relax and to swim a little. I feel this will become a bit of a home away from home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Happy camper!
Traveling for a birthday trip I decided to stay at a different Holiday Inn location than the rest of my group. They were envious of my suite size, cleanliness, supplies and staff at my location. I will stay at this location again when I return to the area.

great location and okay service
the hotel is close to everything so you are able to walk to most places and uber rides are pretty short. however the hotel only cleans your room if your stay is longer than 7 days or upon check-out which was not disclosed until we arrived. the area is extremely noisy and made it hard for my group and I to get good sleep. other than this we enjoyed our stay.

Felt like home
Brie, Brandon, Ms Sue and Pernell made our stay feel like we were at home from the moment we entered the front doors. We were greeted with smiles and excitement as if they had been waiting on just us to arrive all day. The hospitality was unmatched.

Great staff. Great location. Excellent rooms. Front desk staff needs to be better trained to handle booking issues. Nice bar area. Extremely great door staff & valet. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were outstanding in giving suggestions on what to do & where to eat. Derik & Sue go way beyond.

Mr. Tony, Ms. Sue, Brandon & Will were AWESOME. The day manager (tall AA guy) was also Awesome. He gave a list of great restaurants he put together for the guest.
