New Resort Myrtle Beach!

I Made Reservations at the HICV Myrtle Beach because I found out it was a new Resort Opening up and it sounded like a good place to Visit, We Liked the Property it was Very Nice Looking of Course because of the Newness of Things but Not enough was offered in terms of Activities for Children OR ADULTS! We were there for over a Week and Staff by the Pool was Non Existent We had to go directly to the Bar every time we wanted a Drink or Food. We noticed that no one was getting any service unless you Went to the bar yourself or Paid $100 dollars (USC) to use one of the Cabanas. There were no Toys for the Kids or Adults to use in the Pool area, also since it Rains A lot off and on this place needs to have another area where people and families can go to Hang out. My Family had a nice time here but there needs to be More Activities given and a better Messaging System in order for people and families to get the full experience of This BeachFront Hotel because. We had booked the Signature Room and next time I wouldn’t do that again, they did have a few extras in the Room compared to the Standard Room but it’s Nothing Special and I Certainly wouldn’t Pay extra again for the Signature Room!

Quiet atmosphere

Beautiful resort and nicely located on the beach. Free parking, that’s always a plus.

Great weekend getaway....

Great Hotel ,location, I would definitely come back. The level of comfortability in this place outstanding.

Amazing vacation

Our vacation couldn’t be better. Nice villa, amazing location (Ocean front). Stuff are friendly and welling to help all the time. Swimming clean and working till 10pm!!

Relaxing room and good for family travels

Me and my family were able to enjoy a really good view by the beach and we got to enjoy the pools, the rooms felt really relaxing and were really clean! the beds were comfortable and nice! i would most likely come again some time soon!

Incorrect room/ multiple staff unfriendly

Room I booked when checking in was not correct and had to wait over an hour to fix it- being pregnant and standing at the desk. Very frustrating for the amount of money spent and distance we came. Multiple staff unfriendly with zero customer service skills(male bartender especially)

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel is beautiful! The room was also amazing, large full kitchen, and large space throughout. We loved the large kitchen island! The bathroom was also large with large walk in shower! Nice view of the ocean from the balcony.

Comfortable, clean rooms

I felt high price compared to other IHG properties. The property is new and also villas not just hotel rooms. I love the cleanliness and location. Should have an additional pool as the space was very crowded due to all of the children. Also love the products offered.

Good but…

The hotel itself is very lovely but upon our arrival our suite was not cleaned properly. There was sand everywhere, both bathrooms were dirty, body wash dispenser empty. Hair left on shower wall. The hotel also needs better food choices, a nice restaurant onsite would be amazing!

Amazing villa

The four bedroom signature villa is amazing. It is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are spacious and we had plenty of room for the whole family. I did not like that the pool, market, bar, fire pit area , everything closes at 10 pm.
