Get away

The suite arrangement of the Holiday Inn Club makes a difference. At Lake Geneva, HI guests can use all facilities of the Grand Geneva, too,which are very nice. The HI pool is fine, but the Grand Geneva pool is a step up.

Family fun, time for self!

The villas are awesome, especially deluxe, with fireplace! The rooms and proximity allow for family time! But you can easily make time for yourself with your own room by closing the 'adjoing' room door. LOVE THIS PROPERTY!!

Great vacation property!

This is our first stay at the Holiday Inn Grand Geneva and it was great! The room is very clean, updated and spacious! The bed is very comfortable as well. The only recommendation is to tell guests upfront they need to check in at the Grand Geneva resort before going to the Holiday Inn. Also, that there is a shuttle service going back and forth but you have to call 15 min before you want to be picked up.

Complicated relationship

The actual resort is amazing. The facilities are terrific. The grounds great. The service in the resort terrific. The Holiday Inn is a separate building that uses the resort facilities. The Holiday Inn does not service the rooms once you are there unless you pay for the service. Therefore you need to pay for towel replacement, additional toiletries and cleaning. The actual bedroom was small and claustrophobic. I would return to the resort, not that Holiday Inn.

Great place to relax

The room was spacious, clean , comfortable and cozy. Just minutes from the lake and shopping. Many pools to choose from friendly stafff and good restaurants

Amazing family place

Everything was great beds were comfortable kid friendly everything was perfect for our 4th of July get away.

Not true ihg experience

Zero platinum acknowledged. Zero platinum perks. This is a run down resort with a “look down upon the ihg member feel”. Needs updating and ihg training. Disappointed

Over priced and not worth it

Definitely overpriced and not many attractions. If your on business or a getaway as adults you might like it but I definitely won't bring my kids back here. They were bored!

Good resort value

Vacation Club is a good way to get the benefits of Grand Geneva Resort at an affordable price. Rooms are very nice. If you are staying for more than a day, bring your own shampoo. It is a resort where you provide your own supplies, not a hotel room with full service. Good value and convenient to all Lake Geneva activities.
