Not happy with stay

I will not be returning to this location. Room was dated. Cabinets were worn and dirty

It was Nice

The room was nice and was clean. I requested a lower floor but they wanted to save those for the people they were trying to sell the time share to so they made us stay on the top floor with no elevator even though we have a handicap. There was also construction right outside my window on the roof of the building for a whole day without any notice given. The room was nice though and the hotel is in a good location. They still called and tried to sell me the time share even though I turned them down at registration and paid more for my room so that I didn't have to go through a time share spiel. My in laws did the time share meeting and it took over 3 hours even though they said it would be 90 minutes. It starts at 11:30 so it took up nearly one of our whole days there.

Great property but drive to everywhere

Great size of rooms. Clean and safe. Comfy beds and very spacious for big family (5). Easy check in and check out. Huge property with lots of activities and amenities. Be prepared to drive 5-10 minutes to use their pools and check their activities centers. 20-25 minutes to drive to city center. Wish they have more than 1 for big pool. Overall enjoy our stay. If you are looking for quiet,clean and fully equipped hotel. Go here!

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay! We have 3 kids 13 and under! Pools are so nice however would Prefer swim at own risk if no life guard available. Pools clean, warm lots of seating. Rooms Clean lots of towels, no elevator which is a downfall. Air conditioner worked excellent! Provides soaps, sponges and, detergent which is excellent and free laundry 24/7 which was awesome! Activity for kids too!

Great place

Great place to stay if you have a group of four or more nice rooms clean little outdated few minor things but all in all it’s a great place for the price keeps a family together. Service was good

Great stay for a weekend with friends.

We stayed with another family for a weekend basketball tournament. The price was better than most hotels. There was plenty of room for us to hang out with each other but then separate for nighttime. Our teens found many activities to enjoy. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again.

Out dated room

Room was old. Carpets nasty. Ceiling fan in living room drooping. Bathroom floors dirty. Had whirlpool tubs and it was black looking around the jets. Bed was like a 2 inch foam on a board. Indoor Swimming pool closed because it is too hot inside.

3 Star Resort

The beds were very comfortable, and the privacy in the two bedroom was nice. The resort was stocked well with everything you would have at home, including body wash, shampoo etc. WiFi wasn’t the best, and there were hardly any tv channels available, no way to stream but as we weren’t there much it was okay. Outside stairs and railings could be cleaned as well as balcony to our unit, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the unit was clean and a lot more appealing than outside. We used the outdoor pool but no other amenities. Didn’t try restaurants either. For the price of the resort we were pleased and would return. Be aware there is no elevator and there are stairs for most of the units for those who are not able to access them.

Great place to stay! Very convenient to the convention center. Quiet area with lots of amenities for the kids!
