great place to stay

Had a great experience and we really enjoyed the stay the staff was also very professional and the pools were very nice I highly recommended this place for any family to enjoy a peaceful relaxing place to stay on your next trip

Very big resort!

This is a great place to stay with lots of rooms available. The hotel buildings are scattered all over the golf course. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Pool and the Property Were Excellent

The indoor pool is one of best I've ever experienced in a hotel. My kid loved it. I loved it. The temperature was perfect, not too cold and not too warm. It might be the best selling point for this property. The property was close, but not too close, to downtown Branson, Missouri. We asked for towels, and they gave us a big bag of towels. Normally, when you ask for towels, the Housekeepers bring you a few, and you have to conserve towels throughout your stay. We used every single towel in our brief stay, and we didn't have to reuse them in the manner we normally do in hotels. Even though Mother Nature tried to impede our quality stay with a power outage, and water malfunction, our stay at this property, was just about perfect.

Amazing relaxing place to stay!

Many things to do right at villa! Great place for the family and many activities to stay busy right there on location. Multiple pools, golf course, basketball, volleyball. It’s all amazing and worth every penny! We will be back!

Difficult Check-In - Rooms Ready Until 5:30

We love, Holiday Inn! However, this holiday experience was not a pleasant one. We got in line to check in at 3:57 and stood in line for 47 minutes before getting to the front desk. When we asked if there was some kind of an issue, or if they were understaffed. They shrugged and said this is how it is when we are busy. then we were told our rooms were not ready. We finally got the text that our rooms were ready around 515. When we got to the room that Maid was still there cleaning and they were piles of laundry and trash everywhere. Just not the best way to start a vacation. Our second room became available at 5:30. A $50 resort credit was given for each room because they were not ready and apologies were made by Julie - the person who answered the front desk phone when we called. However, the front desk staff, culture and climate are really struggling. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to help the guests. We will continue to stay at Holiday Inn’s because we do love the brand. However, we will never return to this particular property.

Great service

The service was great. It was quiet. The rooms are a bit outdated and the cleaning crew could do a bit better with cleaning.

Grandkids

The Villa was a little outdated and need better Wi-Fi. There were dirty towels in the bathrooms The rooms the kids were in didn't need a door leading outside also didn't need a kitchenet I couldn't sleep I was always checking on them.

Comfortable Bed and Great Experience

The grounds are well maintained with friendly staff on hand to help. The pools are kept very clean and are saltwater. It’s centrally located so you can attend local events. Rooms are clean and stocked and air conditioning is super cold!

Great Location to Stay off the Branson Main Street Traffic

What a BEAUTIFUL resort! I'm not a golfer but it appears to be a great, well maintained golf course. We did try two of the pools and the grandkids had a GREAT time. We would stay at this resort again as it is close enough to Branson, Missouri but away from the noise and traffic
