Valued priced lodging if you need a 2 bedroom. Request golf course adjacent condo as the newer units are metro feel...surrounded by pavement and no views. Our unit was dated.

Overall nice place, terrible room set up

We enjoyed the location of the resort, It was far enough away from downtown to be quiet and peaceful, however only a short drive to the downtown area. There is also a small grocery store and a dollar store across the road which is convenient. The resort itself was very quiet and peaceful, however, we were there during the week in October so there were not a lot of guests there. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was overall clean, however a lot seemed to be missed such as food dried on the dining room table, the bottom of the bathtub was still dirty, and there were a few crumbs/candies on the floor. It was plenty of room for the two of us, however, I think it would be very tight for a family. For reference, we were in a one bedroom Villa. My biggest complaint was the setup of the bedroom/ bathroom. It is a very odd setup in my opinion. The sink and the jetted tub (which is open on two sides), are in the bedroom itself. I understand that a lot of hotels have the jetted tub in the bedroom, however, the jetted tub was also the shower. This provides very little privacy for someone showering, furthermore, there's no ventilation system in the bedroom itself, therefore anytime someone showers it makes the bedroom very humid. The toilet itself is behind a closed door. The bed was comfortable and they provide plenty of towels. Overall, the resort was not too bad however we will likely not be staying here again, the set up just did not work for us. Fyi, It is an IHG resort and they will try to get you to attend a sales pitch for a timeshare, the sales people can be a little pushy. If you decline it at check-in they will call your room before you leave. I understand it's their job, but I do not appreciate receiving a call in my room while I'm on vacation. I would have even been okay with that if he would have taken no for an answer the first two times. We do not golf and did not utilize the restaurants or the swimming pool so unable to comment on that.

Awesome place!!

Beautiful, clean and friendly staff. Pool is epic. Balcony is so nice. Want to try the outdoor fireplace next time. Will be booking a longer stay next time.

Great stay and wonderful staff

The area was off the beaten path and allowed for a calm evening and morning walks. Safe environment for a ladies trip. Staff was beyond helpful and so pleasant with all requests. Tons to do on property with families.

Wonderful staff

Every request was met with a positive attitude. The grounds and balconies were calming. The food at the grill was good with a nice variety available. There were activities for children and families. The staff at the hotel was wonderful.

Visit to branson

The office staff was quite rude when checking out. We ran out of body wash and nothing was done about it.

Biggest Indoor Heated Pool to Enjoy

We love the huge indoor heated pool area & the game room area. We like the condo's with 2 bedrooms & kitchen amnesties. We like the area away from the crowd.

Not what it’s cracked up to be

Several disappointments in brand promise, loyalty rewards, unit quality at this facility. Would not come back given the compound issues encountered.

Great place

Great rooms. Nice place to stay. Golf course looks nice. Wished I could have stayed longer. Very quiet location.

Spotlessly clean and close to everything

The resort property is in what we feel is the perfect location. It’s quiet and peaceful, but close to the busy bright lights area of Branson. We will definitely be back!
