Clean and spacious condo, great for family bonding

Resort condo very clean; we arrived in the evening, and the night front desk personnel appeared as tired and as unenthusiastic as we did, although they were polite. Since the resort was close to the water, we got eaten by mosquitoes especially at dusk and dawn. The Activity Center personnel were very friendly and accommodating, and so were the check-out personnel, the guards at the entrance, and the custodial personnel. Aside from the mosquitoes and that there was no on-site fitness center, our family still had a wonderful time: played tennis, basketball, mini golf, walked to the beach. Overall, I would give it a 4 stars, so much to do here, great place for family or group of friends.

Great Room

Loved the room and enjoyed our stay. Everything was state of the art and the suite was large and comfortable.. Only issue we had is we couldn’t get the AC to adjust and the ceiling fan only had one speed no matter what you set it at.

Do not think I will be returning!!!

First of all we were given a key to our room. Open door to go inside and it is someone else room. Thats not good!!! issue with fools ball on not wanting us to play but we playing ping pong which is next to it??? what?? covid issues is what they said?? Really, cause we all touching all the door handles an elevator buttons!!! Lazy employees thats all

Cruiscation!

Cruise was cancelled so we came anyway. Villa was great. Loved having a patio type balcony. Room for all of us to enjoy. Wish view was a bit better but no problem. Was just glad to get away.

Lovely condo

Most things were okay. Floors were kinda dirty as my grandsons white socks showed. Cannot understand not having a frying pan with non stick coating. Impossible to cook eggs for breakfast

A Great Getaway

A great location a great view and great relaxation

Relaxation and comfort

The hotel was clean and safety measures were in place. It was very relaxing and the view we had of the bay was great. It is very family oriented although we did not have any kids on this trip. The villa was very roomy.

Family vacation

Not to bad but staff is not friendly at all They had a lobby full of upset guest and the two ladies were not professional.

Awesome room with view

Our room faced the gulf and when you opened the bedroom window you could hear the waves. The sunrise was amazing from our balcony. The room is worth every penny. We are already planning our next trip in a few months, that’s how good the room and our trip was. The kitchen is awesome we used it everyday to prepare meals. Our stay was four days. Once again. Worth every penny!!!!!
