Wonderful Stay
Great place to just chill out and relax at the pool or on the beach, really enjoyed our stay and the girls in customer service were just great. Real nice rooms with a lot of space.

Long live the King
DO NOT get the queen!!! The room closest to the front of the hotel has the bedroom RIGHT NEXT to the elevator. Want to hear it riding up and down ALL night. The room was nice, the location was MANIFICENT but the bed was so hard it hurt.

Love this place on the water
We enjoy this hotel resort every time we come to Galveston. This is the only place we choose to stay at and will continue to stay at. It's our honeymoon getaway locally.

Right on the beach, a little away from the strand
This is about 5-7 minutes from Pleasure Pier, so a little away from it all. Right on the beach. One pool. Friendly service, but not many amenities. Bring your own chair for the beach. Bugs were a problem (mosquitos in general and beetles in the room). The resort is pretty clean, just dated. The elevator was out one of the days we stayed. There is no main check in / lobby and very poor signage to indicate this. The check in is on the 1st floor of the hotel, east end. No restaurant. The rooms are equipped with kitchenettes to fix your own meals if you wish.

Great beach access but loud hotel
Great place to stay if you wanna be away from the crowds and right on the beach, but not if you actually wanna have a good night sleep. You can hear every person coming in and out of their doors at all hours of the night and if you have little kids/babies, that’s not gonna fly. The pool is very small and gets crowded but nice to have for the kids after the beach. Our bathroom was filthy!!!!! The tub had hair coming out of the jets and was dirty and so was our shower! Not really something I wanting to bathe my family in at the end of the day. Also, no cartoon channels worked for the kids in the mornings....

Great beach experience
Love the beautiful views of the ocean from every room in my 2 bedroom suite. Love the balconies from each room. Really enjoy being able to go downstairs and be right on the beach. I wish the check-in time was an hour earlier and the checkout time was an hour or two later.
