Positive Outweighs Negative

We have stayed at this location several times before. The staff was so helpful and accoodating to our special requests. So we have determined 4 stars. During our stay only one elevator was working which made access to 3rd floor challenging. Maintenance work also interferred with undercover parking. And outside access rooms needed some painting. Rooms were very clean. Having a shared washre/dryer between our rooms was a major bonus. Outdoor facilities, ie pool, vrey enjoyable.

Reservation Request Fiasco

I was not able to speak with the front desk and the staff at the call center acknowledged my requests, but they were not shared with the property staff and it was disappointing to find out that that they had not been fulfilled.

Horrible

Not just there Vacation Club, but the worst IHG property I have ever stayed in. Old, towels were threadbare, elevator inoperable, really shocked they would call this a vacation club. Very disappointing stay. The front desk staff was welcoming & polite, the only bright spot of this stay.

Excellent place for going to the Beach!

The Hotel is perfect to go to the Beach, you can walk from the Hotel to the Beach using their Bridge. Everything was perfect at this Hotel, the Staff is Super Friendly and the Rooms are Spacious and clean. Bridge from Hotel to Beach super convenient. I will stay here again!

Friendly front desk and comfortable room

The front desk staffs are very friendly and thoughtful. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We enjoyed the hotel pool. The location is perfect and it is very convenient to the beach.

We are enjoyed our second stay at this resort

We enjoyed our second stay at this resort. We love having a kitchen, access to the beach, and the pool area is great. One of the elevators was down for our whole stay and for a few hours they were both down so if you are traveling with someone with a disability you may want to check on that before you go. The water pressure in our shower wasn’t great and the lock on the sliding door to the balcony was broken so we had to go out of the door from the bedroom but that wasn’t the end of the world and we enjoyed our stay - besides the elevator. Hopefully if we are able to come back in the future that won’t even be an issue because we really do love staying here. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff, disappointed with the cleanliness

The hotel is located at the far end of all the traffic and crowd, which was great for us. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and went above and beyond to help. The room was small but nice. I like that it had no carpet and that there was a separate bedroom. I did not like that the room next to us shared an entrance door and a little entry way, it was awkward. I always check the bed before ever even sitting on it. Once I pulled back the blanket and sheet, there were several hairs in several different areas of the bed. And when I say hairs, I mean “those” kind. I understand this is going to happen but not 2 at the top of the bed, 1 on the pillow, and several near the foot of the bed. As if the sheets had never been changed. I did notify the front desk and they sent “clean” sheets but it was a done deal for me. I ended up laying out my own blanket and just sleeping on top of the made up bed. The next morning when I went to shower, the inside shower curtain had was covered in brown spots. When I ran a rag over them, whatever it was smeared. We didn’t use the pool or any other extras, we were there for one night, checking out early the next morning. It was not a good nights rest.

Nikki at the front desk so helpful in making you happy with your room. We go twice a year to this beautiful place!

Above and beyond !

Nice view and easy access to the beach ! Staff was very helpful ! They found me a charger for my phone , provided a toothbrush , which I forgot , and even brought coffee filters to the room for us !
