Terrible customer service

The room and amenities were great, but the customer service was awful. I was told that I had to pay additional for fresh towels and linen or wash them myself. This wouldn’t have been that bad if I had been told upon check-in. My stay has been over for almost five days and I still haven’t received my receipt for my stay, even after calling a day ago. Customer service needs to be more of a focus for this property.

Spacious rom and nice pools!

This is a great place to stay - right off the strip with easy access, spacious rooms, and nice pools to relax in. This is the second time I've stayed here and I have recommended it to co-workers and friends.

Comfortable and Quiet

Loved the property. Close to the strip and easy walking distance to all things we had plans. The pools and hot tubs were more than sufficient during our stay. Plenty of room in our room for family of 4!

Great location and good amenities

I was in Vegas for a business conference and the location near the Strip was perfect

Nice place

This was very nice hotel. Almost wonderful except our toilet did not work very well. I would stay here again to a bonus.

The stay was for a family wedding it was convenient and great location all staff were very helpful and friendly...I will recommend to others traveling that way

Loved room amenities

I travel a lot and have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties. This was one of my better stay experiences. I also stay at another hotel group and the competition is tight. I chose this property as the better option for this trip

Awesome

I enjoyed this place very much. The view was amazing and the room was top notch. I was actually surprised at how large and comfortable the room was.

Not our usual IHG experience.

This was the Holiday Inn RESORT. I was not a resort experience at all. The location and staff were great. It is next to the Spear so ZERO phone or WiFi service. The staff acknowledged the same and said they are do for an upgrade next year. The rooms are worn out and out dated. The tub/shower combo needs to be changed out. Yes the bed was very comfortable however, the mattress pad was only half way on the bed and the bottom sheet was inside out and put on in the wrong direction. We had to remake the bed. We always are offered bottle water when we check in. We had to ask and they your the smallest bottle water bottles we had ever seen. We check out early and moved to the Venetian Hotel and it was excellent!
