Never received $250.00 deposit back and your management is not helping me with this situation. Also on your website you are showing false advertising on the shuttles taken people various casinos. Just be real Covid is over so you can’t use this excuse!

Wonderful secure / quiet location walking distance to the Strip!
Really a wonderful property. EASY walking to the Strip with a LOT to do within a 10 minute walk. Really never needed an Uber except to go back to the airport. Quiet, secure, clean location. Loved the patio, loved the fully stocked kitchen. Pool area was always fun to be at and in. Family friendly, quiet and you could easily visit the restaurant for food and drink (there was no pool side service).

Comfortable and affordable price
Excellent! It was my pleasure to stay in this location. Price was a bit higher than I expected, but overall I satisfy. I wanted to get the IHG reward points on my stay, yet not received so I have to communicate with Customer Service.

This is an apartments complex turned into hotel, and I don't think it is up to Holiday Express's standard I am used to. The property buildings are not clearly marked, making it especially to locate room dificult.

Great room and restaurant
Room was comfortable, Las Vegas has a lot of traffic issues, it was nice to be able to stay on site and have great fitness center and restaurant. After I left my Seminar i was able to stay on site and not have to deal with busy traffic.

we love holiday inn hotels. they are the most cleanest and spacious out of all and for a great price. i totally love staying here on vacations! also love the staff they are very nice and helpful. did enjoy my stay with them

Lovely Property for Relaxation
Love staying at IHG Desert Resort. This was my 7th-8th stay. Love being able to walk out of my unit on to the property rather than a large hotel with elevators to the casino floor. Love the outdoor pools, restaurant is fantastic. Staff were great.

Privacy of your own area! Close to the strip!
IHG has never disappointed. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. This resort is very close to the Las Vegas Strip. Gives you the feel of the strip, without the crowds.

terrible customer service
This hotel does Not honor IHG. I requested a ground floor room for my handicapped wife and upon arrival was given a 2nd floor room and was told by the front desk staff they had no ground floor rooms available. Then i was shuffled off to another counter across the room to pick up my key card where I had to endure a gentlemen trying to pay me to attend their timeshare sales to purchase a package from them. Keep in mind I was using My IHG reward points for my stay and I felt that they were trying to sell me their package to pull me away from IHG. I was very disappointed in this location, and I will not be returning.
