Near the High Roller
Dates of stay: April 3 - May 3, 3023 Room: Building 6, Room 209 Definitely one of the more mixed stays I've had in Vegas. For every positive thing, there was a negative thing. I'll break it down that way: Pros: Location is decent, a few minute walk to the Promenade, which is one of our favorite parts of the Strip. Room was overall clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space for the three of us. The pool was never crowded and was kept clean. Housekeeping service was good, as well. Cons: No water at check-in, because they were out. The store in the lower level had plenty of water, though... At check in I was sent to the Timeshare Desk to pick up my keys, but there wasn't anyone there. The same person that sent me to the Timeshare Desk then came over with my keys as they were "with a VIP." What does that make me? There are no elevators, so be prepared to drag your luggage up and down the stairs. The room was starting to see some signs of neglect between the weatherstrip on the front door and the dirty grout in the main bathroom. The first night the AC wasn't working well but they fixed it quickly and also brought us a box fan to use.

Excellent Hotel Rooms for a Family
We stayed at this hotel with two bedrooms and two bathrooms . The rooms were so roomy, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to the other activities on the Strip and very convenient to walk to these places . The front desk personnels are very polite, in particular, Maria who treats IHG Gold Elite One Rewards members with respect and kindness. We will certainly come back to stay here in the near future.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Great Location!
Our stay was comfortable and the staff very pleasant in the on-site restaurant. However, the pizza we ordered was terrible. Management made it right though by taking that charge off our restaurant bill.
Yes, I recommend this property.

No other Las Vegas accommodation comes close
It's like an oasis in the middle of Las Vegas. You step through the Linq, one block away from the Strip, and you're in your own little slice of peace. Beautiful room that's so well built to be your "home," you don't even realize you're in a resort within hundreds of other suites and villas - except that you get to meander by the pool(s) on your way to the on-site convenience store. Two giant thumbs up for the De'Longhi combo espresso and coffeemaker, too - and (I don't think I've ever said this before) FABULOUS room coffee.
Yes, I recommend this property.

for money conscious
This hotel was clean and had everything a family would need to have a budget friendly stay, but for older or handicap people the tub was very difficult to get in and out of and it was required to get in and out of the tub to use the shower. The hotel restaurant food was terrible, and the service was very slow. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the kids upstairs running around late at night. The shower in the next room sounded like a machine was going to explode. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is off the strip and there is a lot of walking involved to get to most of the attractions.

Pleasant Stay
My wife and I traveled to Vegas to see our daughters compete in a cheer and dance competition. We decided to stay at this property because we had points to burn. The villa was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, plus it's within walking distance of the strip. I'd definitely stay there again.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Not right for my trip
I chose this hotel for its location and my loyalty to IHG. I was in town for a conference and my family came along. I had read from the IHG site that there was an airport shuttle. There is a shuttle, but only to get around the property. It’s not that large a property and the shuttle sat idle most of the time. A ride across the busy street and another block to the monorail would have been a huge benefit to me. On a map the property looks close to the strip, but the lack of transportation makes this a poor choice unless you drive your own vehicle. When compared to the strip hotels, the amenities are not impressive and the overall cost is not competitive. The rooms are good for an extended stay and the property is quiet.

Looking for calm and comfortable family vacation time in vegas?
Nice full kitchen, 5 enjoyable pools, big bathtub, walkable Vegas strip, free parking, and reasonable prices.... that's not enough to explain this vacation club. I can recommend this resort to some families with toddlers or kids for sure. You won't disappoint.
Yes, I recommend this property.
