this was a trip for our anniversary and the trip was ruined by this experience
As a diamond member, I would at least expect a decent room. When we asked for an upgrade, we feel like the desk agent put us in this room to get back at us for even asking. WE did not need or ask for a roll in shower ADA room our only request was the first floor. THIS WAS AWFUL. They should be ashamed to even sell this room and if housekeeping did not pic up o some of these issues, shame on them as well. NO WAY an inspector could have done their job and passed this room as clean and vacant. Disgraceful

Vegas trip for Olympia
I appreciated the location of this property in regard to attractions such as entertainment and restaurants. The pools were wonderful and allowed space for family time and relaxation. I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than the soaking tube we had in our room. Staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

It was comfortable stay rooms and bathrooms are clean. I stayed with my spouse and she liked the cleanliness and environment.

Needs updating and daily maintenance
I was in Bldg. 3, Rm. 305. The third floor was a challenge for me. The tv in living room worked about 50% of the time. dishwasher needs to be replaced. Detergeant buildup in washer. Kitchen faucet needs fixing.

Not gonna lie. Was expecting a really cool place, but it turned out to be like a cheap motel with no ice. The place was dark, smelly, and dirty. No way was I gonna sleep there.

A good alternative to staying on the strip
The location is very comfortable. There are many pools and convivences. You can walk to the strip within 10 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. My biggest complaint was there wasn’t a welcome amenity and we could have used a couple waters for sure.

We were very happy with our stay. Rooms and people were great. I would recommend this location to any one. The location has a wonderful view of the sphere and close to the strip with the flyinQ strip steps away.
