excellent service in all areas, very warm and comfortable feeling.

Filthy carpet

Kitchen was excellent. Hard surfaces we're clean. Carpet made my white socks black. Sofa belonged on the side of the road. Stayed in room 17101

First Time Stay

This was our first stay at the Desert Club. The suite was large and comfortable in a great location! Easy sign in with very friendly staff. They were doing some maintenance in the section we were staying and in the morning we had to dodge some workers to get out to the car but not too bad. I would definitely stay again. The extra bonus points we earned for that visit were great. I love Holiday Inn!

Spider webs

Our room had dust and spider webs behind the headboard. There was also crumbs behind the fridge.

Just like home

This is the second time I have stayed at this resort. Loved it the first time, had to come again. Nice to NOT have the "Vegas" feel. Didn't even feel like we were in Vegas until we left our condo. Rooms are nice. Could have been a little cleaner. Our socks turned black from the floors. Atmosphere was wonderful.

Nice room

The location is good. To see more the strip, it would be best to drive instead of taking the free shuttle.

Too far from strip/ not a great value

More targeted for their time share clientele. Expected normal Holiday Inn experience but no breakfast, no coffee and comb. Store didn't open until 8 am, not ideal for business travel. Multiple bldg setup requires more walking and no elevators. Have to call daily for wifi code- what? Better off staying at same price point on the strip. Room was fine, large and good for family that has little interest in seeing Vegas. No casino in or near hotel.

Reasonably ok

I've stayed a many, many IHG hotels and have been a platinum member for many years. I could not get a checkout time past 11:30. Very disappointed. The lighting over my vanity didn't work despite my explaining this to the desk clerk on day 2. Location is good and value is OK but I was a bit disappointed otherwise.

Great place to stay

We spent a week at this resort with our teenagers, and found it to be a nice, clean, friendly place. I would definitely stay here again as it is close enough to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the piece and quiet.

Great Value

We would recommend this hotel! For the very reasonable charge, we had not just a hotel room, but a 1 bedroom apt complete with full kitchen. The shuttle service gave easy access to the Las Vegas Strip. We would stay there again.
