Great stay away from the chao of the casinos.
I went there with my dad for the F-1 Race weekend, I enjoyed the facilities a lot and the price was fair. We even got the room upgraded one time a bigger one for free. Only thing I didnāt like is that we stayed four night and they never came to do room service. I might consider booking there again in the future.

Very comfortable
We enjoyed location and its quiet atmosphere. We will plan to stay here during our next trip to Vegas. The onsite restaurant had an awesome menu and good service.

Great view of the sphere
This was a very pleasant stay at Resort as we picked it being next to The Sphere. We had a two bedroom villa and were very roomy and comfy. Itās off the strip so itās quite and not so busy at night with the lights

Great location and team
Favorite hotel in vegas. Stopped staying @ large tall hotels years as takes too long to get to rooms. Resort is perfect location and just few steps away from room and easy in / out. Staff always nice with quick check in + out.

Not up to the quality of any IHG hotels or vacation hotels I have stayed in
This place can use a compete make over. It took me an hour before we got our room as input reservation was not found since we book through ihg. Room quality was poor for a 12 night stay and we get one room clean up not what I expected. This hotel does not meet the IHG standards.

Time Share Trap
This place only wants you to stay so that you can potentially buy a timeshare. If they are offering you a too good to be true price for your stay keep that in mind. I booked through a third party agent for my business stay just so I can get points for an IHG hotel. This is not your typical IHG, this is a sales destination. Now as far as the property goes it's nice and clean, as long as you don't go during F1 as it looks like a war zone out on the street.

Excellent Location!
Property location right by the Sphere was perfect. Walkable to the strip as well. Apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms clean and well equipped.

Great location
Not as described.no shuttle available. Breakfast is a $15 for a maximum of two registered guests. No elevators on property. Requested late check out and was never informed that it was not available. Overall poor communication by front desk staff.
