It was all nice except one of the receptionist was having a bad night .

It was nice in many aspects,but we left some items in the room try to get them back and nobody knows anything about them.

Excellent location for family vacation

Our family of four stayed in a one-bedroom unit with a sofa bed, for four nights. The location was great--we had an amazing view of the Sphere, we were close to both the Strip and Chinatown, and everything we needed was close by. The kitchen was set up well, and it allowed us to have groceries for breakfasts and snacks, to save money on our trip. The laundry room was hidden on the balcony, which took us awhile to find, but it was a perfect setup! The grounds were well kept, the Wi-Fi was good, everything was close to ideal for a family vacation.

Excellent Location, great rooms, weakness in cleaning service

Location is perfect when planing to go to the Sphere, rooms are well designed and comfortable. Areas to improve in the hotel are: 1. When booking breakfast included hotel only gives you a total of $30 credit a day no matter how many guests there are. 2. No daily cleaning service only towels exchange, no beds are made nor room is cleaned and no shampoos and soap are replenished.

Dirty bed sheets

The bedsheets on the room to the left were dirty, had make up stains and just did not feel clean. We were there for only two nights and didn’t want to make it a big deal because we got in late our first night.

Good value close to - but off - the strip

Good value and a lovely room. It's close to everything I needed but quiet enough and off the strip.

Poor location, no vending machine

The property is next to a busy road, without elevators. At late hours, there is no working vending machine for snacks or water

Great location.

Walked to the linq promenade in minutes. Spacious suites with functional kitchens. Free parking! Market on sight had necessities.

Best location

Only negative I can say is that when staying on the first floor, you can hear the people above you with every step. When they are up at 7am the duration of your stay it really can put a damper on needed sleep. So when staying here request an upper level room. Besides that this place is great!

Poor Service

Restaurant staff slow taking orders, serving and filling drinks and cashing you out - generally ignores you. Guests noisy sitting outside in courtyard till wee hours (1 am) drinking, cursing, talking loudly and drinking and it take several calls to front desk/security to get action. Ants in kitchen and living area. Fireplace works intermittently even after a maintenance call. Batteries in door fail leaving you locked out in the cold.

Great location

Very close to the strip but far enough for dinner relaxation from the business of the city. Great staff and security makes you feel safe and worry free. Able to enjoy your time on site without having to leave. Hot tub is perfect temp and size is great to not fell crowded.
