酒店位置不错；我们订的是2卧1客厅的，面积较大；床很舒适；厨房中的锅碗瓢盆一应俱全，很方便。 不知道为什么第一天入住后房间是不打扫的。

checkout time

i could see just about anywhere else in the country but vegas ,new york,chicago with a long night life that it should be a noon checkout at least. when you go on vacation or a long weekend you dont want to have to get pretty much kicked out at 10am.

Overall Great

Returned to this hotel and spent here another few nights during my stay in Vegas for business. Pros: Staff overall are friendly and respectful. Bellman was very helpful with luggages, cab service, etc. Thank you (forgot your name... sorry, but talking of the middle-age man with the grey here...). One of the front desk receptionist girls (again forgot her name, sorry I can't thank her by name...) was especially helpful in accommodating a room change. Thank you. Cons: - Pool was closed earlier than stated time. - Shower in my room was dysfunctional by being impossible to set to normal temperature, or too hot or too cold (and spent a good deal of time trying to make it work). - No free water on property, was directed to buy from marketplace downstairs. Overall satisfied, but with somewhat perfecting things, customer satisfaction would by skyrocketing...

Great People Great Stay

Had another great stay in Vegas at Desert Club Resort. Great amenities and people, would recommend to all! Kudos to IHG and Team...

Better than a hotel

Loved the open patio to sit on and get fresh air. Room was very comfortable, bed, kitchen had everything you need, shower was excellent, close to the strip.

OK with some caveats

Stayed here for 2 nights on business. Location is within a 5-10 minute walk to the strip which was a plus, however, property is under the departure for LAS air traffic which got real old fast and could be extremely annoying if you are staying on site for the whole day by the pool etc. Also, lots of construction and remodeling going on at the property. Many workers making noise for most of the day as well which again only an issue if staying on site all day. Unit A/C also did not work which was not a big deal as it was fairly cool. Room was nice however, recently remodeled and clean. Restaurant on site was OK, nothing special. I will most likely not stay here again as the jet noise overhead every few minutes got real old real fast.....

Quiet Comfort

This was my third stay at the resort. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay off-strip if you are looking for a quiet space away from the busy strip. The staff is friendly and helpful.
