Great Location.
The place is close to the strip but its quiet perfect for families. Our water heater didnt work when we first got there but they came and fixed it right away. The room size is just right for a family of 6. I wish there was a washer/dryer in room. We will definitely consider this place whenever we come back to Vegas

Incredible value
TONS of space. Walk to strip was not as bad as I expected (given how large "Vegas" blocks are). Loved the variety of pool space. Run don't walk to book this place!!!

Billing issues had some unwillingness to help by front desk member with the the bill other then that it was beautiful stay definitely kid friendly ..

Great location and staff.
This was my 3rd time staying here. It is in a great location in relation to the strip. Very clean, staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious. Will definitely be back.

Won't go back
I was never asked if I wanted water or points when I checked in. The service was slow. Phan told me to go outside and they would give me a lift to my room. No one was there waited about 10 minutes then a van showed up. The television didn't work in the bedroom. I called the front seat Phan answered told me to go to a particular channel it said no signal. He said he would have to have engineering look at it tomorrow I was only there for that night. When I checked out I told the lady I would never stay there again she said ok and never asked why. I'm a platinum elite.and I will never go back to that property again.
