Comfortable stay, close to strip

Hotel has a home and peaceful feel yet, it is close to all the action. All the amenities needed to enjoy our stay were included. Within walking distance from Vegas strip!

Love staying at Holiday Inn Club Resort Kolval Lane

My Mom flew in from Iowa @ 2:30 the day of our arrival, it was her first trip to Vegas and we asked the room please be expedited because my mom would be tired from her trip and I knew she would just want to relax. The room still wasn't ready until normal check-in, oh well. We do not go to gamble or hang out at the casinos. We just want to get away from high stress jobs, eat good food, and sit by the pool. That would be our biggest complaint is not being able to check in early even though we always make that specific request. We have recommended many of our friends stay there and plan on continuing to stay every time we come to Vegas. Please just let us check in early!!! Thank you!

Great Place

I really had no problem with this resort, it was the people trying to sell you the time share, we were polite and being a travel consultant I was excited to tour the property but when I politely told them a timeshare was not for me at this point in my life they refused to take no for an answer.

Great place - Quality place

Loved staying at this Holiday Inn Resort. Treated very well. Great room with many amenities. Pool and grounds were above expectations. Highly recommend and will return.

Great place to stay

We chose the holiday inn desert club resort as our base for our stay in Vegas as it had everything we wanted .It has great units , good security , close to town but off the strip and good staff and atmosphere.

Love it

This resort is a hidden gem, One block away from the strip . It’s like walking into your own condominium. It’s got all the amenities like a home . Staff is very friendly rooms are very clean.

Quiet resort and good service

The resort is clean and quiet. Easy to get to the Roller High. The shuttle bus is very convenient as well.

Bad staff resort

Make changes just don’t have body’s to serve get people who actually care and are not avoiding people to talk get who cares and looks staff are afraid if they talk will get a complain just get them off desk area quickly I didn’t wanted to even fill out survey people like us just won’t say they just take their business some were else and that what will happen now I don’t think I will be staying with IHG I travel a lot for business I am glad I did stay with other

I loved staying at Holiday Inn Vacation Club. The staff was helpful from checking in and check out. They provided what we requested during our stay. My family feels safe and comfortable. We always enjoyed the amenities. We’ll be back next year with more friends and family.

Nice Hotel

Grounds are beautiful, pools are awesome, 2 bedroom villa was roomy and clean. Location was off the strip and quiet. Shuttle was convenient.
