Clean and comfortable

Really nice property and rooms with full kitchens and balconies. Clean and well kept. Kind staff. Really nice option if you don’t want to stay at a casino.

Large Room But Did Not Feel Valued

As a frequent business traveler without kids, this property did not have a resort feel. While the property is somewhat less than some others nearby, the amenities and value are less. I am a platinum IHG member and this was not recognized; I had a horrible time getting a noon checkout. The property charges additional fees for housekeeping and towels; nickel-and-dime. The onsite restaurant staff were friendly and the food was OK. The property is one of the closest to the Sphere.

Summer vacation

The overall stay was good with a minor few things that could be corrected. The floor tiles and carpet was not completely clean, the A/C didn’t work as required, based on the outside temperature and the main entrance needs a little TLC.

Poor custumer service

The food is good. The room is nice. However there was hair in our bath tub

Bed was extremely comfortable

Our stay was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon.. we initially went for a quiet getaway, but ended up meeting new people and families. Lots of laughs along the way

It was OK

Check in staff were not very helpful but guest services were lovely. The apartments looked lovely but on closer inspection were in need of updating. Good range of facilities. Location is further than 5 minutes from the strip. I wouldn’t stay here again and would stay on the strip instead. We were not aware this was a timeshare property and booked a breakfast package for 5 people for 2 nights. They don’t do breakfast and just gave us 60 dollars for 10 breakfasts!!!! No way could we get that in Las Vegas.

Stayed as a vacation got rooked into a timeshare presentation for 2hrs rude sales leader very upset all around will never stay at this property again

Best stay

Best experience in las vegas. Kids love the swimming pool. Good location. We had a villa facing The Sphere.

Great location for the price, could have better wi-fi and more work to the amenities

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable, the room was very nice and able to fit 5 people, it was clean and comfortable. Location is great, right next to the Strip so it's walking distance from most major landmarks. Now for the downsides: Wi-Fi is horrible, can't get through. Amenities need a bit more work, not all pools were fully available (there's 5 so it's not too bad), the arcade didn't have too many machines and some of them didn't work properly, some of the staff's service is hit-or-miss, some of them are great but some of them are not easy to get through with requests. Overall, I give a 7/10.
