Dissappointed
I checked in around 8pm and specifically asked for a later checkout multiple times but was still forced to check out at 9am, so i pretty much paid $400 for a 12 hour visit. Very dissappointed, everywhere i stay i always get a later check out than 9am, thats ridiculous especially since i asked plenty of times. And the fact that their isnt anyone working the front desk passed like 9pm is also a terrible idea. Wont be recommending this place to anyone, i am a local and like to book nice hotels and resorts often but was never dissappointed like this.

Nice "all in one" venue
This all inclusive location allows you to relax beachside, float down a lazy river, enjoy a hot tub, play mini-golf, tennis, basketball, shuffle board, ping-pong, watch movies in a theater, and much more. It was fun and relaxing for the whole family. You have everything you need in one place.

Great view and amazing pools
The room was spacious and has a great view of both the beach and port to watch the boats and even a rocket launch! The pool, splash area, lazy river, slide and hot tub are so amazing. Really a great place for the kids to enjoy the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Tiny Rooms/ Gigantic Prices
It’s cheaper to do a four-day cruise than stay at this property. At least on a cruise ship you don’t pay $16.95 tip for a hamburger

Poor service
The resort itself was amazing. But the staff and customer service were not great at all. Upon checkout I was advised to create a rewards account by the concierge behind the desk she told me she added 35000 points for my stay even though I booked through booking. com. She then went on to tell me that if the points did not show up to call customer service let them know I spoke to her and what was said and they would fix it and add the points. I called customer service they called the hotel and the hotel refused to uphold what I was told because I went through booking. I advise customer service that the woman behind the desk told me something different And to speak to her. Customer service then told me she spoke to an assistant manager and hung up. To have a customer treated like this is ridiculous and does not look for the company. I recommend the resorts for the Room in the amenities but not based off of hospitality .

Our new favorite extended family vacation spot
This was our second visit to the resort with my in-laws. The signature suite has plenty of space and amenities for all the members of our party. We booked our next visit on the way home!

Very clean and family friendly!
This was a 1st family destination vacation and we had a blast! We had a ocean view condo and loved waking up every morning and watching the beautiful sunrise over the ocean! The pool area was also very clean and not over crowded making it very relaxing! At the end of the week my kids didn’t want to leave! The only issues we had was it takes forever to check in and we where told 60-90 minutes to sit through the presentation for the property (owning a timeshare) and the guy took over 3 HOURS!! After two hours we told him we weren’t interested and wouldn’t give up! Yes, there is benefits of sitting through these, but was not happy with how the guy treated us at the end of his presentation! Our batteries also died in our door and we got locked out of our room, after notifying staff right away it still took over 20 minutes for someone to come fix the issue and let us in our room!
