Clean, comfortable, place to getaway.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, providing well maintained pools, with activities such as a lazy river, volleyball, hot baths, water slide, movie theater, well equipped gym, bing-go, live DJ and restaurant. Room is comfortable with kitchen and a nice size bathroom. Parking is convenient and shuttle service provided to the beach. Highly recommended to consider for a stay

Relaxing getaway

At first, driving to the location is slightly off putting the series of trailer parks around the area give you mixed emotions, but as you get closer to the turn to get to holiday inn grand vacations… it changes. The area offers a safe and comforting feel. Once you arrive the staff is amicable and in inviting. Their promo service allows you to enjoy to quickly access the pools and beaches. The rooms are spacious and decor is a complete coastal feel. Ready for relaxation.. there are some things that needed attention such as our sliding glass door which allowed for bugs… other than that our overall Experience was great!

Clean big rooms

Very clean and looked new. It was perfect!! Comfy beds. The water park was a great hit. Would definitely recommend and go again

Great Hotel Stay

The hotel was clean and the service was fast. It’s in a great location, the water park and facilities are well maintained. It’s an easy 5 min walk to and from the beach. Perfect location if you are cruising out of terminal 3. Less then a 2 min walk to the terminal.

Great place to relax before a cruise

This hotel was a great place for my family to be able to relax before setting out on a cruise. The bartenders both inside and outside were spectacular. The service was very personal. The combination of the pool complex and path to the beach were amazing. No need to go anywhere else for entertainment.

Room and hallway smelled like diapers.

First floor very musty. Our floor smelled like dirty diapers. Front desk staff was very rude. Property was really nice. Pool area was beautiful. Hotel was in a really nice area. The staff at the outdoor grill was really good.

Rude staff, bad food, overpriced

For the amount of money we paid, the hotel room was very outdated and they never cleaned or provided towels unless we specifically called. The pool area was nice but it was a very long walk to the beach. They did provide a shuttle to get your closer. The food was horrible at the restaurant/bar. It took forever to check in and they try to sell you tickets for the space center cheaper and wait until the end to tell you about the 2 hour presentation you have to listen to to qualify. They said I qualified as an IHG member. 90% of the staff were rude. Specifically at the restaurant. It is a nice location but I would not stay here again.

Great Place for Entertaining Children

Great Place for Entertaining Children - Lazy River and Swimming Pools - well maintained. Friendly staff and great customer service. Easy access to the ocean beachfront - chace to put our feet in the Atlantic Ocean.

Fantastic stay

Excellent two bed apartment with a wonderful view of the beach and cruise ships coming and leaving very clean great quality beds full kitchen and good laundry in room the water park area is the icing on the cake with its heated pools and lazy river a warm welcome from Chris at check in
