Hard timeshare sale, deceptive sales practice, sly $30 charge if you cancel your attendance at sales meet

would be a lot better if they practiced attraction rather than promotion relative to their sales of the "timeshares". The sly hard sell can ruin any vacation.

Great Location and fun place

The 1st room reeked of cigar smoke so we had to change rooms, housekeeping should have made management aware of this from the start. It was awful and no way it could have been missed. The pool water was way too hot, the resort needs to pump in cool water. The pool are is great and fun, the bar is good, drinks are decent, food what you would expect for bar food. All in all, it is a good place, not amazing, but good.

Location & Amenities

Cruising out of Port Canaveral? This is the place to stay. Activities for all age groups. Waterslides, lazy river and pool fun for all. Short walk on the boardwalk and you can swim in the ocean. Spacious accommodations with all the comforts of home.

Great location and amenities

The location of the hotel is close to the water and they have great amenities. Be sure to plan food accordingly as the facilities close early early and unless you have transportation, you are limited for food outside of the hotel.

Great location and great view from room.

The room and location of this property was perfectly aligned with the beach, and the port. Check-in took a bit too long when arriving, but staff was friendly for the most part. Room was not spectacularly clean, but amenities made up for it.

Very spacious room

Great place for families!! Nice size balcony. Room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pool area and so did my teenagers! Staff was also very nice and helpful.

Great place to stay

I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family or co-workers anytime. I go there. It is always a pleasant stay in a pleasant atmosphere and best of all. It is close to my home only 10 minutes away. I will continue to stay there in the future

Beach Value

Overall, for the price point, you do get what you pay for here. Very reasonably priced for being so near beach access (we took the offered shuttle to get to and from the beach access). Rooms/grounds were pretty outdated, but we still had a good time. My kids loved the pool/splash area. We spent most of our time at the beach, so we didn’t really explore the hotel too much. We didn’t eat at all on property, we either brought stuff from home or ate at the nearby restaurants at the port.

Bad cleanliness

Our shower had holes in the wall where the handicap rail came off and they put it in a different location. There was mold growing under the bench in the shower as well. Under the cabinets in the kitchen had crumbs or debris left from last guest. The dryer in the room did not dry clothes once washed. The water pressure in the shower was very low even with the handle pulled all the way out. And the room temperature would not get below 76 even at night with all the fans on. We called the front desk to request more pool and shower towels around 10 am on 7/4/2024 and never received any. We also booked this after seeing some of the amenities online. As we arrived though we found the indoor kids area to be closed and were told it has been closed for a long time. The pool areas offer very little shade anywhere. For a “resort” charging as much as you do and including all the “fees” I expect more and the overall cleanliness to be much better.
