Honestly I'm not sure. I loved this place in the past. I'll do some thinking. I'm a positive person who knows I may be back. The Beach draws me in....

Great Family Stay

We stayed here the day before a Carnival cruise and it was a perfect stay. We arrived around lunch time and our room was ready. Got checked in and spent the day playing in the lazy river, water slide and pool area. Got a few rounds of mini golf in. Ubered over to Grills for dinner and to watch the ships leave. Then back in time for a walk on the. beach at sunset. Best part was walking across the street to the Mardi Gras the next day. So close no need to uber. Easy walk including luggage. The facility is great and very kid friendly. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great property, staff not so much

The guest were great; nice and friendly. The staff was total opposite from the time we entered the property. The guy who checked us in only started to be kind because I continued to joke with him. Reading the reviews, it seems to be a common thing. We had an issue with the TV in our room and that was the least of their concern. It stormed most of our stay so we were in the room with nothing to watch during our stay. The rep at guest services was rude and showed no interest in resolving our issue. Well at check out still no resolution and there was no manager on site to speak to about the issue with the rude rep.

Fun Pool for our Grans/Close to Space Center

What a fun start to our Summer vacay with our grans! The lazy River was a favorite-for them-happy hour by the pool for us! Our suite was nice but I feel somewhat dated. We were disappointed that it wasn’t oceanfront (as the photos showed) so never got to the beach but it was close to KSC!

You will get better service by just going to a hotel. If you like taking out your own trash during vacation, no room service, the hassle of requesting fresh towels each day, and having additional fees added during your stay, then this is the place for you.

I was pleasantly surprised when I booked the stay about the club and the closeness to the beach. I was quickly disappointed. This is a timeshare experience and they dangle something in front of you that seems like its to good to pass up. Our salesperson must have google searched me and used my rare disease against me. I could not believe he mentioned he was going through similar issues with his family life. We ended up getting stuck for over 2 hours even though we showed NO interest in wanting to purchase. I felt like I was a the worst car buying experience ever.

Great Location

Second time here and a great location. Villa rooms are really nice as they have full kitchen and a nice patio overlooking the pool and with a peek of the ocean. Hotel has so many amenities that there is never a lack of things to do, from pool to ocean, movies to mini golf. Rooms are clean and well stocked. There are plenty of things to within driving distance. Checking in was a bit uncomfortable as we were told we would be receiving some great perks for being IGH members, and not until the end were we asked when we wanted to attend the seminar to buy a timeshare. The perks were conditional. Had we been told that at the beginning we would have stated we were not interested and then not been disappointed that we received no perks. The pool/lazy River area is great but when crowded people are rude, keep the tubes at their lounge areas have no regard for other people. At one point t there were no tubes available but people had them at their tables like they owned them. At times the kids (and some adults) swimming and running in the lazy River without tubes, made it hard to enjoy it as they are pushing past you and being annoying. We love coming here and but are noticing a lack of rule following which makes it hard at times to relax and enjoy yourself.

Clean space and great pool, but overpriced and inconvenient

Relaxing, fun environment with clean rooms and spaces, but over priced without conveniences: 1 pool towel provided per person and you were charged if you needed another, room amenities were only replenished upon request with a charge, resturaunt and bar were only open until 8 pm, and when we booked the room, the location and amenities detailed over the phone, we're not as described .

Spacious rooms and relaxing Lazy River

The room was nice and the pool amenities were a plus for the kids, although the slide was only briefly open during our stay. The whole family enjoyed mini golf course. The only negative would be the service. The welcoming experience did not stand up to our other Club Vacation visits. No one seemed happy to work, they did their job in a mundane manner. We overheard several talk about walking out. The restaurant is very overpriced for the quality of the food and service. Overall is what a nice hotel, but overly priced for the experience.
