Awesome Beach Resort

Overall excellent property, good location, lots of things to do, great for kids!

Great location, great amenities, friendly staff

Overall we enjoyed our time at Holiday Inn location in Cape Canaveral. A majority of the staff we encountered -- from the front desk to staff in the halls -- were friendly and welcoming. The pool area was very clean and well kept and combined with the beach access a highlight of the location. The rooms were fine and we didn't notice any noise from our neighbours, despite the hotel appearing to be fully booked. We did find some broken glass on the floor in a corner but it didn't pose a hazard (due to location) so there's only points lost on aesthetics. The rooms are showing their age from a décor standpoint but in this location you shouldn't be spending time there beyond sleeping anyways. As other reviews pointed out you do need to get your parking pass from the timeshare folks -- but we arrived late after they closed shop and were told there was no issue and we could drop by the next day. We were only there for two nights so when I picked up the pass there was no sales pitch. Either they've read the reviews and adjusted or my beach-ware made me an unlikely prospect ;) Our children (8

Beautiful resort

The getaway was great. I loved the resort and everything it had to offer. The only thing that I will say compared to other Holiday Inn Club Vacations the dinning choices are the resort were limited.

Bad room poor service

Bad experience, room we booked was not the room we got. The staff's solution was to charge me additional money.

The room was an issue

Sleeper sofa was one of the most comfortable I've seen in a hotel. Pool area was beautiful and kept the kids busy all day. Our room was a 1 bedroom villa and had plenty of room except it smelled like cigarettes very strongly at the entry.

the day I was there it was great to have the comforts to eat in the room or enjoy the opportunity to eat and relax in the restaurant with a excellent choice of food to choose from

Family place

Great if you are traveling w/ a family. Lots for kids to do. Very time share enviorment. If you want a quite place pick another holiday inn.

We love you but not your food.

Breakfast and dinner were subpar for this resort. Staff is friendly and kind. The resort pool, bar and transportation to the beach is excellent.

Great family getaway

My husband booked the resort as a surprise for my birthday weekend. It was really a nice place to stay with so many things to do while we were there. We left once for dinner and another time to go to Publix down the street for snacks. We had a lot of fun enjoying all of the amenities that the resort has to offer and would definitely stay again!
