Please be advised that Building 1 will undergo a fire panel replacement beginning April 6. Work is expected to continue for up to 12 weeks and will take place daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During this time, team members or authorized vendors will need access to each unit. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this important safety update.
The Signature Building Spa will be closed for resurfacing starting Monday, September 29 at 8am, with an estimated reopening between October 11 and 13. In Building 2, Elevator B will be out of service during the day only starting Monday, September 29 at 9am, and will return to service each evening. Repairs are expected to last one to two weeks, with work done on one elevator at a time.
