Great location .. Great Amenities

My stay was excellent from the time I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff was very friendly

Very restful.

the unit was recently renovated and very comfortable. We were traveling with our 15 yr old granddaughter so it was great to have the 2 br ,2 bath unit. We were quite pleased. Very comfortable for relaxing and sleeping.

Comfortable condo in a great setting.

Very clean and comfortable condo in a very nice setting. Staff were very friendly. Only 1 issue...guests in unit above us walked and or ran back and forth till midnight almost every night and back up at 7AM. At times it sounded like they were moving furniture. Next time we will request a room on the top floor. Suggestion for resorts and hotels, put families with kids on lowest floor so they can run all they need to. And for the adult guests, be considerate of guests in units below and try to keep the floor noise down. We know kids will be kids but when it's late at night, the adults should take charge and keep the noise down.

This resort is very nice and feels like a home away from home. I just wish that they opened after the indoor pool was open and game room as well...

villas are stylish- great space for everyone with big families. washer and dryer included. quiet atmosphere.

Very nice stay; location was great, near everything, easy to get around yet away from the congested busy areas.

HISTORY SEEKING AND RELAXATION

We traveled with friends and very much enjoyed our stay. Stacey(?) at the front desk when we arrived, and arranged for a serviceman to assist me turn on the shower (I should have been able to do this without help) was the best. Tom who assisted our daughter when she called was also very helpful. The restaurants in the area were really very good as were those we tried at Historic Williamsburg. The suite was very nice and comfortable. We traveled with friends so we had to use the pull out couch and this was OK. We asked about a 2 bedroom unit and were told there was none available. This seemed a little strange as the resort was nowhere near full. The resort needs an indoor pool tn the worst way.

Beautiful Property!

It is very updated and staff is extremely friendly. At check in they were very informative about colonial williamsburg and Busch Gardens! I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a Villa type atmosphere!
