Do not stay here in the summer

There is no AC. The rooms are out dated and the food was terrible. It is at elevation so be aware of this.

the complex offers so many amenities, that while being at the top of a ridge, it is entertaining unto itself. the rooms are the best, nice and large.

Deferred maintenance and poor customer service

I hope that I can upload photos to the review and then I won't have to describe what you can see for yourself. Also, like other reviews have pointed out, I received text messages checking on my stay and I replied with assumptions that someone would take my feedback would be reviewed and responded to, however it seems as though they use a bot to send and reply to the guests.

My experience was smooth and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a good time during my vacation without any issues. The hotel was nice. The proximity to South Lake Tahoe is amazing!

All requests at check- in were handled well.

Nice Place in Tahoe

The villa was spacious and accommodated 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans & utensils. We enjoyed the large outdoor pool & jacuzzi as there were spectacular views.

Great Customer Service & Great Value

The staff were all welcoming and knowledgeable. Elaine and Laura were helpful accommodating my check in process and were super responsive through text. Would definitely come back to this hotel for a Tahoe getaway.

Good location for our stay

Used this hotel as a base, food good and very helpful friendly staff, Elaine in particular on Reception. The accommodation does not have air con and this is mentioned during check in, however, the location was a priority for us. Shuttle buses very convenient. Pool and gym were good as well as the food in the restaurant. Had everything we needed.

A mid stay in beautiful Tahoe.No air conditioning

Tahoe is gorgeous. This is a large resort style property with many amenities for day activities. We enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts. There is no air conditioning so the entries weekend was hot and stuffy. The stake air made it hard to sleep and even harder to relax. The carpets need cleaning. It felt like a lot of potential without enough modernization. The room was clean.
