Spacious 2 bedroom unit but wish there was AC

We had a 2-king bedroom suite and it was very spacious! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was great. We liked the added items we didn't expect such as the 2-head shower, fans in the closets, humidifer, etc. One of the hot tubs and pools that was on top of the mountain was great and had wonderful views of the sunset. Biggest drawbacks were that the unit was very warm (in early June) and we had to sleep with the windows open and fans on. Also the main pool hot tub was not working which made the pool seem extra cold.

Tahoe Getaway

Location is nice, great weather with cool nights and great views. I can only imagine what it would be like in the winter. A wide range of amenities and clubhouse is very stylish. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Ample parking with EV chargers in the parking garages. Not far from the casinos and shoping. Enjoyable stay.

Great customer service

When I booked this stay through your general reservation line, the agent kindly asked if we were celebrating anything. I told her yes actually, we are celebrating my son's graduation from elementary school and she said they would do something special in the room for him. Unfortunatly when we arrived, there was nothing. I hadn't told him anything yet, so it would be a surprise, but I was pretty disapointed. During check-out I mentioned it to Lisa (front desk manager) and she not only apologized profusely, but she coordinated with Laurie who works in the gift shop that he could pick out any one item in honor of his graduation. We had plans that morning so had to come back a few hours later, and they had made a signed card from all the wonderful staff, a candy goody bag, and let him pick out a cozy sweatshirt from the shop. It literally brought tears to my eyes, and reminded me that kindness still exists in the world. I will be recomending your location to all my friends and family and can't wait to come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you truly made our trip special and so memorable.

Amazing views

By far one of the best holiday inn I’ve stayed in I had a king bed villa and it was the most amazing view peaceful vibes ❤️ I just wish I would’ve been able to get a later checkout than 12pm especially since checkin is at 4pm and checkouts at 10 am , For someone who got to the room late a 2pm late checkout that usually members get would’ve been very much appreciated and I would’ve felt valued other than that the room was beautiful the view to the beautiful nature is what did it for me it’s beautiful I would meat definitely be back !!!!!

Loved the amenities and spacious villa.

I love their indoor pool, connecting to the outdoor pool and their pool tables and gym and sauna. Their hot tube on the floor. Everything was great.

Fantastic Get Away

Went up for a friend’s birthday weekend and was treated wonderfully from arrival. The room itself was beautiful along with the amenities on the property and the shuttle down to South Tahoe I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Sergio was very. Welcoming the minute we walked in and his gracious and friendly spirit lasted our entire stay. Check in was quick and easy. When we entered our room we were overwhelmed by the accommodations and the amount of space the rooms provided. The rooms had everything you would need throughout cooking food, spending time relaxing and having a wonderful nights sleep. The amenities were fabulous, the gym, the pool, hot tubs, play grounds. There was something for everyone. The scheduled activities just added to an exceptional time.

I have stayed at the Ridge Tahoe many times with my family a children over the last 30 years. We have many fond memories of the location and facilities. It's a great location for a family getaway as it's outside of the gambling hustle in South Lake Tahoe. The Ridge facility has many activities for younger kids that are sports oriented, including Tennis, Pickle Ball, Pool, Table Tennis, Bingo, etc. Since IHG purchased the facilities, I was surprised that the room rates remain reasonable given the size of the rooms and facilities.
