Nice 3 bedroom villa

The villa was comfortable, had a nice view and was very clean. This property is walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, Coldstone ice cream and a playground. Nice pool and hot tub as well. The only problem was there are no pads under the dining room chairs. The people above us who stayed up very late, we’re playing cards and we’re constantly moving their chairs back and forth, which made a very loud rubbing sound that kept us awake. The property needs to simply buy some chair pads for every villa, easily found at a hardware store, to prevent this from happening again. That is our only complaint. Very nice property that is well maintained!

Bottom Line: I would return

The bottom line is that I would return. I am a Diamond Elite member so I stay with IHG often. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. They are as nice as anything you would get with any of the beach competitors. The three-bedroom suite is essentially a three-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the resort is very quiet a night. Now for the not-so-good. Their website said that they would be doing construction through the end of November. It was still going on in mid-December and started at 8 a.m. Not only did it prevent me from sleeping in, but it also made it difficult for my wife to host Zoom calls. Had I known this was the case (i.e. they had updated their website) I would have stayed with a competitor. The workout room was the biggest disappointment....no sanitizer to wipe down the machines, I had to ask for towels three of the five days I was there and one of the ellipticals was out of order. All that being said, I would still return as the good clearly outweighed the bad.

Great resort!! Staff always very friendly and attentive..clean and comfortable..location excellent to all shops and restaurants..love the new updates to kitchen..will recommend to everyone

Nice place but under construction for remodeling

Under construction for remodeling. Lots of construction noise and the only working elevator is dirty with construction dust. Another elevator was broken the entire time during our stay.

Excellent and spacious rooms staff very friendly near bar and restaurants

We booked several rooms for a birthday party which were all amazing! The transportation provided, including chairs and boogie boards, to the beach was perfect. The proximity to bars and restaurants was excellent. Pool was very nice located on the intercoastal.

Great place to stay

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach.

Great Resort! We've been going here for the last few years..love it!!! Staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. Great location to restaurants and shopping..The resort is well maintained. Will stay again!!!

Great service. Friendly staff

Great location. One elevator was out of service since the hurricane last year. Had a fire alarm the second night we were there due to a malfunctioning system. Was resolved quickly. Other than that. Facility was great!

Excellent stay and Holiday Inn team

Although the stay was for a sad occasion, from the Holiday Inn team to the room/services was an excellent experience for my family and me. Special accolades to both Neil and Dan who truly went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be under circumstances. My children and grand children love amenities offer by Holiday Inn especially the pool area
