Spring Family Trip

Exceptional staff and we love the location, amenities and clean rooms. Our family group was spread across multiple buildings but could easily cross the courtyard or meet by the fountain to save steps too! We look forward to returning.

Didn’t Know It Was A Timeshare

The check in was impeded by a sales pitch to go to their timeshare presentation. I would not have chosen this place if I’d known it was a timeshare. While the property is beautiful with great rooms and amenities, be aware that it is under the flight path of the helicopter tours, as well as the airport. Those two things, combined with the constant playing of music in the pool areas makes this VERY NOISY. Also, it is across the streams then a bit away from the beach, although there is a shuttle to take you there. And it is about 2 miles away from the Myrtle Beach boardwalk.

Not the most restful trip

This property is located on the takeoff/approach for the airport so noise level is high. The helicopter touring the beach is a constant during the day. It was hard to obtain a good night's sleep due to the lumpy foam pillows used here (unlike the really nice ones found at HI Express properties.) This property does have heated pools which was great however they piped in hip-hop music. This may have been preferred by the staff however, none of the guests (Mostly 50 and up) using the pool on the days we were there thought it was a good choice. The hotel needs to have a mix of music covering all popular styles and generations. They charge for shuttle service to everything (unlike others vacation properties in MB) so plan on driving yourself. There is a short walk to get to the beach which is not bad since traffic in this area is set to be slower. There is no crosswalk or light however to get across the street.

Wonderful setting off the busy path, quiet and clean. We felt relaxed and while the resort seemed mostly booked, you didn’t hear a lot of noise.

Excellent experience. Will be back and stay longer

We visited for a couple of days to kick off our anniversary vacation. Everything was great. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful, clean and quiet. There is a shuttle to the beach which is right across the street. If you want to walk, it's scenic and quick. We plan to come back with the family next year. My only "complaint" is the bed wasn't super comfortable. I woke up feeling a little achy but my body is also funny sometimes lol. Also we didn't know in advance about being offered to attend a timeshare presentation. They weren't pushy about it though. We didn't attend either.

Just Ok

I recently stayed at this resort. ( it resembles a condo complex) I stayed in a studio suite for 2. The room was nice. It was a good size it came with a screened in porch which I liked. However I was not happy that I was given a room with the worst view possible. My porch overlooked a busy/noisy road. I did however enjoy the variety of pools this resort has. I’m a bit surprised this is a vacation club resort but there is no restaurant on site. I thought it was a bit rediculous every time I returned to the property I had to punch a code at the key pad so the electronic arm would allow me to drive in. Most of the time this makes sense. However I noticed there is no wall or fence around the resort. I could have easily driven over a 2 feet wide patch of grass on the other side of the property to reach the parking lot. Since this is also a time sharing resort I was called about being offered to take a tour. I under this is something to expect. I did not realize until half way through my stay the rooms with the more desirable views ( overlooking the pools) are probably given to the time sharing owners. Those that are not a member will get stuck with the worst ones on property.

Friendly, clean and fun!

Great resort located one block from the beach! Kate at the front desk was extremely friendly and recommended a great spot for dinner. The room and resort was clean and in great condition! I highly recommend bringing your family here!

Comfortable and clean!!

Comfortable hotel, quite a ways from the strip and activities, don’t have all the slides and stuff like it shows in the pictures for the kids which was very disappointing, however, the room and amenities they do have was really nice. Zeehk was very welcoming and pleasant. Overall nice stay.
