5 day 4 nights at the Smokies
Room size is great for our family of 7. There is no breakfast or dinner options on site but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Indoor pools are great for the young ones, internet did not work that great so don’t plan to use for streaming or work related use. We plan to return as we were not able to experience all the activities in one week!

Amazing atmosphere
Definitely would recommend this location to anyone with children, our kids loved every second of our stay and enjoyed trying out all 3 pools! I loved that the hot water lasted long enough for 7 people, yes SEVEN people to shower and still had hot water in the room.

Kids friendly holiday home
The stay was very comfortable. My kid enjoyed the water Park inside the resort. The Jacuzzi inside the room was very good experience. There was one outdoor hot whirlpool available which was also good. The location is also good and close to downtown.

Good place for a quick getaway
Location was nice. Seen bears every night around the property. Had an issue with hot water in our unit the entire stay. Staff didn’t much do anything but apologize. Close in proximity to everything. Not among the best places I’ve stayed with this company but will do for a quick getaway.

Great experience, location was amazing. Wish breakfast at joining hotel was for us as well. I know she's not a but we have to be careful about it because it makes us. And for that reason I am home today.
