Great place to go comfortable beds

We loved our stay here! Will definitely recommend others to visit the wonderful establishment. We definitely will be visiting again!

Great location

Loved the location. Plenty of places within walking distance. Wished they had made more of an effort to put our rooms close. Weren't even on same floor. Beds are extremely hard. Kitchen was well stocked.

Bed uncomfortable and hair in the bathroom

The bed was uncomfortable - we left with backaches from two nights. There was hair all in the shower and on the clean towels in the bathroom. Servicing the room is not an option. When we left, we never received credit for our two nights stay, didn’t receive any points for our stay, and were not emailed a receipt as promised. Also be prepared to have to listen to them try to convince you to attend a timeshare spiel.

Great service, spacious rooms

We really Enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect for our group of 6. Loved having a full kitchen with washer and dryer. Fireplace was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again!!

Convenient and Clean but....

You are within walking distance of downtown and that is very convenient. Parking is easy to access. The villa was dated and had a weird smell. The 2 bedroom villa was spacious. The fireplace and balcony were a nice touch. The televisions were small compared to other places that we have stayed. There is no icemaker in the refrigerator and there are no ice machines available on the property. The office will get ice for you if requested. This was our second stay but the previous was four years ago. It was not as nice as I had remembered.

Great rooms with a friendly staff.

Enjoyed stay. From check in to check out. Staff was amazing. Room was huge and clean. Pools and water park was incredible for our kids to play. Walking distance to downtown and food across the street.

No title.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Facility was very nice with 2 notable exceptions. We very much enjoyed the large, multi-head shower but quickly ran out of hot water. This was very unpleasant, especially when only 2 of 5 in the party had a shower. We assumed we had unlimited hot water like a "regular" motel/hotel. Also, the master bed wasn't very comfortable. Every other Holiday Inn I stay has memory foam beds.

Perfect

Our group enjoyed this property. Grest location, besutiful, large rooms and comfy beds. The kitchen was amazing. Our executive team meetings in 4 bedroom suite was just perfect: large table with sufficent seating.

Old and outdated

We have stayed here before a long time ago and it looked the exact same . Outdated appliances were annoying to use. The products supplied in the rooms were very cheap. That bathroom shower had stuff still on the floor. The staff was very friendly but also very pushy on timeshares. Would not go back

Great location and amazing room

I love Holiday Inn Vacation Resort properties and this one was great. We loved the room the location in Gatlinburg is amazing. The pool and amenities are also wonderful. The only complaint I had was that I declined the timeshare tour but was still called at least 2X a day being harrased about the tour. Just take NO for an answer. But beyond this issue I highly recommend the property.
