Loved all the room in our villa!

We stayed three nights for a family reunion and enjoyed all the space in our villa. We have three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a full kitchen and we loved the set-up of the rooms. Nice grounds and pools. Wish we had time to enjoy them, but the location was great for going on various day trips.

Excellent Vacation in Scotttsdale

Can't say enough good things about this resort. Plenty of space in the villa for the family. Bed was very comfortable, great kitchen space. Did not hear any sound from other guests. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Pleasantly surprised with Holiday Inn on the high level of quality all around at this property. Will be our go to place in Scottsdale in the future. Good job Holiday Inn!!

Great service and friendly staff, with lots of space to relax in

Great location with all the comforts of home, and great service. We needed help with opening a suitcase lock, and the maintenance person arrived promptly. We forgot to turn our ice machine on, and staff arrived with bags of ice promptly. The grounds and pool were very clean and well maintained. Will return in the future as location is excellent for shopping and sight seeing.

Great Hotel and restaurant

This was our second stay at the Scottsdale site. All the staff was friendly and helpful. All the grounds were well kept. We spent many hours at one of the four pools. Very clean and well maintained. The new restaurant has very good food and reasonable prices. If you need groceries Safeway delivers. Need to rent a car. The Princess Hotel next door has Enterprise. If you go there tell Jodi at the front desk hi from Dennis and Linda.

Recent stay

Lovely stay, room perfect, pools that we used were lovely, , the only thing I would say is that the guy at reception trying to sell time share was not welcomed, this was the only thing we didn't like. Thanks Julie

Great spot for families

I recently stayed at the Scottsdale Holiday Inn Vacation Club. The two bedroom suite had more space than an average apartment, with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Washer and dryer were also in the apartment and did not require coins to operate. Cleanliness was perfect. My family with 3 young children could easily spend 7 days here happily. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice kitchen but lack of service

First to note what you already know is the standard quality process for Spire Ambassador-level guests: Yesterday I was at The Mark Hopkins Intercontinental, San Francisco, where I was welcomed kindly by name and upgraded, and where my room was furnished with a fresh fruit tray and waters, a robe and slippers, and the expectation that toiletries be provided should this IHG frequent traveler happen to misplace an item. Okay, compare: Three staff seemingly idle, not delivering warm welcome, not looking to spot my status, and not caring once it was determined. I was gentle I hope, yet received no fruit, water, robe, slippers... rather I was pointedly denied these items by the three staff members clearly having the time and energy to tackle the list. Low quality in general but particularly for the frequent business I bring - or have brought up until now. Then upon realizing that I had forgotten my toothpaste - they did provide the 50 cent replacement brush and a past tube with hardly enough paste for one night - so how will my morning work, or the week here? Not well. Cleanliness is also an issue. A strand of hair on the pillow doesn’t equate quality stay. We are disappointed by this unexpectedly low quality location. We have a few villas this week yet the team has begun already to research alternative locations for the coming weeks and months.

Clean, large villas, helpful staff. Lots of pools, close to many activities, Pleasant stay.

This was a perfect place, reasonable prices. Minutes to anywhere you are looking to go, fun for the whole family.
