The staff at the location was friendly and courteous. Working in the Customer Service Field myself, this is key to a great experience.

Great Stay
Great Staff/ Trish, Taylor and Melody took great care to make sure our check in and stay was excellent. Rooms are large and plenty of room with kitchen and fridge. Great place and location,

Absolutely Beautiful!’
Very friendly staff, beautiful property, and elegant restaurant! My finance and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with Holiday Inn Club Vacations in the future!!! If you are looking for comfort and quality, I highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed, it’s simply relaxing!!!

The property was very nice with high end finishes and features in the rooms. A very nice coffee/espresso maker, washer/dryer with a steam option. Highly recommend.

Great location. Surprising facilities for the price.
We came to Scottsdale for Barrett Jackson. We loved the rooms, the price, the location, the pools, and the front desk staff. We didn't like the restaurant scenario. Although breakfast was available, we couldn't use the brand new restaurant until 1130. We only had breakfast there. Day one was delicious in spite of the facilities. Day 2 was not good. Although I ordered the same thing, the ingredients and preparation was different. There was. I consistency from day to day.

This was our first time to Scottsdale on a golf vacation with 3 friends and could not be happier with our choice to stay at The Holiday Inn Club Vacations, from check-in to checkout our impression was 10 across the board. Rooms were excellent, staff was excellent and location was perfect for the courses we picked to play. And enrollment in the IHG rewards program was an added perk, not only did I get a better rate it allows me to build up points to use on future trips. First class stay, I highly recommend.
