Comfortable bed but noise is an issue.

We recently stayed here at first all was well great check in experience and friendly staff our room was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Until we turned on the air conditioning unit it sounded like a 737 was taking off louder than the washing maching. Spoke with the front desk staff about this and it is a known issue in some units so even if you request a quieter room as I did you might end up in one of these known a/c rooms. One more thing you will hear the other guests above you especially if they are heavy heal walkers it will sound like a stampede at times so if you don't mind stairs stay on the top. Wish I would have known that prior to my stay the front desk staff was great at smiling and telling you what you wanted to hear but really not wanting to assist in solving the problem. Pool area and grounds were well maintained.

Great Stay, slept well, pool was nice but not heated, did no get complementary breakfast, bingo was Great, play room with a Mini Billiard Pool would have like full size, location was perfect, easy acess to. Freeway and North Scottsdale

Very nice rooms

The rooms and property were very clean and nice. Late night check in was a bit of a problem. Having washing machine and dryer in the rooms was great.

Nice facility and staff. Rooms are a little loud you can your neighbor's conversations.

The staff at the location was friendly and courteous. Working in the Customer Service Field myself, this is key to a great experience.

Great Staff/ Trish, Taylor and Melody took great care to make sure our check in and stay was excellent. Rooms are large and plenty of room with kitchen and fridge. Great place and location,

Very friendly staff, beautiful property, and elegant restaurant! My finance and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with Holiday Inn Club Vacations in the future!!! If you are looking for comfort and quality, I highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed, it’s simply relaxing!!!

Excellent

The property was very nice with high end finishes and features in the rooms. A very nice coffee/espresso maker, washer/dryer with a steam option. Highly recommend.
