Beautiful villas and pools galore

We had an exceptional stay at this resort during the winter. The resort was exceptionally well maintained and the staff was very personable and accommodating. This was definitely the way to unwind after camping/hiking in the desert. 4 pools and 3 hot tubs topped the cake and the generous, well stocked kitchens made this truly a home away from home.

Great Experience

My family and I spent Christmas at this resort and were very pleased with our room, very clean and spacious. The resort was quiet and staff response was exceptional! The only problem we had was with the food at the hotel restaurant. There was a long wait and then when the food arrived it was so horrible we could not eat it.

Great Property - Awful Staff

Being a Spire Royal Ambassador I stay about 100 plus nights each year with IHG, I have had this status for 13 years. This is only the third time I have ever complained formally. The property is amazing but it was the worst customer service experience I have had. 1) I had to beg for a 11:30am check out. They wanted me to check out at 10am. At 11am they called to ask me to leave even though the night before I was able to negotiate 11:30am. If someone that stays over 100 plus nights wants to use their late check out there should be no issue. I complained about this and was told that it was their right. Even if it is their right, what about taking care of top tier guests with small request. 2) After telling them I did not want a time share, they forced me to talk to a time share sales person in order to receive my parking pass. They then again called again to see if I would come to their presentation. 3) Had to repeatedly call to ask for garbage to be picked up. 4) When checking out the lady did not ask how my stay was. Just was annoyed that I wanted to use a different credit card and have a receipt. I would suggest that you avoid this property.

Amazing resort

Wish we would have known about this resort and known how amazing it was earlier! We stayed here one night before flying out of Phoenix. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and our room was very spacious! We stayed in a two bedroom suite and with two children 2 and under, it was great to have space for them to play before getting on the plane for several hours and traveling back home. Would definitely recommend and will be back when back in the area!

Wonderful resort experience

This place has everything. No need to venture off the grounds. The villas are comfortable and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I loved the pools, the entertainment center, the activities. A very relaxing atmosphere.

spacious apartment

Very spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen which appeared very clean when arriving. The lounge area was of a good size and very comfortable. The bedrooms and showers were fine and beds were. confortable. The whole resort appeared to be kept clean and well run with very friendly staff. Centrally located being one minutes drive to Scottsdale road.

Amazing! Can’t wait to come back!!! Family friendly environment in a lovely, upscale location of Scottsdale. I loved how it was close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. Lots of activities on site and the splash pad and pools were awesome! Wish the pools were heated at night for our November visit. Other than that, it was an amazing stay!

Great place for families with children

For the first two nights, we (8 adults with toddlers) stayed in two - 2 bedroom villas, and then moved to 4 bedroom signature villa. It was nice for the hotel personnel to help us move. We loved the 4 bedroom villa because 3 out of 4 bedrooms had king size beds. However in two bedroom villa, it was one king size bed and one full size bed which was too small for the couple. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back. Our family also enjoyed walking to the Fairmont hotel (5 min walk) for the activities and the restaurants.

Perfect for family travel

We booked the 3 bedroom/3 bath for a family trip and were very happy at this resort. The room was spacious, clean and practical with nice finishes.
