Lovely spacious condo!

We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom condo sleeping 6. The master had a king bed, the second bedroom had 2 double beds plus there was a pull out sofa in the living area. We were in a 2 story condo (I believe this is a newer building). The other condos are 3 story. We asked about noise issues (had read lots of complaints about this). They explained that there is no insulation in the buildings. We used a white noise app and didn't have any issues sleeping. Pools were nice although there was no volleyball net even though it said there was. We asked a lifeguard and front desk person but they couldn't seem to find out why there wasn't one anymore. Overall the condo was beautifully appointed with lots of room (front and back balconies) and everything was very clean! Would love to return!

Awesome Facility

We loved how spacious the rooms were. The family friendliness is awesome. Definitely going to stay again

Great for families

Great hotel for families. Plenty of heated pools to use. Did not like that there was not an elevator for strollers etc. Food was not good. Customer service was excellent! Unfortunately could hear everything between the walls. Comfortable stay otherwise! Plenty of parking very close to our room! Best of all great location!!!!!!!

Fun in the sun

Family friendly resort with great pools and perfectly kept grounds. Was really impressed by beautiful landscaping that was very well maintained. There are 4 pools to choose from including quiet pools and kids pool with splash zone and slides. The kids pool is really designed for kids over age 5 unless the sprayers are turned off. Fortunately the staff was willing to turn off the high pressure water jets/sprayers so our toddlers could enjoy the pool too. They even have lifeguards at the kids pool. Would definitely go again. Property appears well managed. We stayed in a signature casita which was beautifully designed and worked well for our family. The kitchen was outstanding and well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc... Our kids are a bit too young for the resort activities, but we thought it was great that there were hourly activities and look forward to participating in the future as our kids get older. Thanks for such a great vacation!

4 Tage Aufenthalt

Wie immer sehr schönes Hotel mit 4 Pools, kenne es schon unter den Namen Zona, Xona und nun Holiday Inn. Ich liebe die grossen 3 und 4 Schlafzimmerappartments, mit Freunden teilen einfach herrlich . Grosser Wohnraum , grosse Küche und Speisezimmer! jeweils jedes Zimmer eigenes Bad. sehr gemütlich und bequem. das nächste mal buche ich im ersten Stock, die Zimmer ebenerdig sind etwas dunkel.

Beautiful property

Loved everything about our stay. Couple of things that need to be addressed. Softer toilet paper and can hear walking from condos above us and could hear tv in our master bedroom from the tv above us. I am a light sleeper

Very Disappointed

This facility was not ready for what it promises. Where to begin. First night, restaurant has no ice tea. Second day, had to search for a bartender for 20 minutes and they did not know ow to make drinks. No wait service at any of the four pools. It gets worse, mind you this is a pricey a night facility. No maid service, unless you want to pay extra. Call for more towels and they want to charge you for extra towels, even though there weren't enough in the room. Response, we want to encourage you to wash your own. At these prices a night, the absolute cheapest toilet paper and paper towels provided. I would never stay there again

Family Friendly

We are a family of 6 and this was a great spot for us. 4 kids ages 17-7 and everyone was happy. We have been to Phoenix many times but only recently stumbled on to this gem - we will definitely stay here again!

Great pool areas and activities for a family

The casita's decor was up-to-date with a roomy floor plan. Chairs around the pool areas were plentiful with lifeguards stationed at the activity pool. Activities galore for kids and a cantina for adults to unwind. Great location on Scottsdale Road.
