Should be a five star hotel!
Where to start! I work in property management so customer service is key! Everyone was awesome and the activities they offer is original. Everything was so clean including pools. Rooms are very modern, but no housekeeping. We did the time share meeting and both Rick and Jared were awesome. They made the meeting worthwhile! Thank you for the memories and good week spent!

Family fun
My daughter and I live coming here. The pools and slides are alot of fun and my daughter really enjoys the kids activities they have. The Casita and the pools,grounds are always nice and clean.

Complete resort amenities.
From the time of our arrival until departure we had no problems at all. Everything was smooth. Onsite restaurant had a child menu. Our mobility issues were successfully addressed by the staff at the time of our arrival. The onsite water features were a real hit with the kids.

Staycation weekend
We chose this hotel to do a staycation because of the pool areas and size of rooms for our family of 5. We weren’t disappointed. We also had some friends and family stay at the hotel as well and we had a great time. Very family friendly with an activity center, which the kids loved! They went back and forth between there and the water slides all day. The room was really spacious, clean, updated and very comfortable. This is a great family hotel. The only thing to note is that there is not poolside food

Very nice resort, very family friendly. Hotel was easy to find. Staff were very pleasant, very good customer service. Villas was spacious and comfortable. Pools were excellent

Perfect place to relax
Unfortunately we only booked this place for one night. We stayed in the 4 bedroom executive suite and absolutely loved it. The price was fair and offered any and everything we needed. Recommend 5/5.

Family get away
My family really enjoys the live in style quarters. Having access to a full kitchen allows us the opportunity to prepare food for the family. The spaces are fully equip for most needs.
