My wife and 3 children were blown away by this resort. Very clean, very well maintained, and the pools were well cared for.

Very good for a short vacation or weekend!

I loved the fact that the rooms are very big, with a separated living area and kitchen with appliances. There's also 4 pools, so you can choose based on your vibe (kids, relaxed, sunbathing, etc.) I didn't like the fact that there's no cleaning service during your stay, so you have to wash/dry your towels, take out the garbage, clean the dishes, etc. It is not a high luxury resort, but it is a very good value for the price you pay!

Great place to stay.

We stayed both the deluxe and the signature rooms. The difference is actually not much for me since we didnt really use the appliances but signature does have better looking furniture and nice warm white lighting. The deluxe had those harsh white lighting that I did not enjoy very much. The toilet paper hurts at the deluxe. It was those cheapy kind. The mall restroom had better quality than at this hotel but the signature tooms had better toilet paper. The floor was dirty on both rooms. I think they need to be mopped because our feet turned black and it even showed on the floor mat in the bathroom. Carpets also could use deep cleaning. Signature has free stuff like coffee and is actually a good one. Better quality of towels to use. The beds were comfortable though and the place was not crowded even if they are fully booked. It is also in a nice location and close to restaurants, malls, stores.

Nice, but little loud and very hard pillows

Nice big, updated room and newer resort, but very thin walls and ceilings/floors (hear neighbors walking, talking, and TVs. Rooms had the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. We had to go to to Wal-Mart and buy 2 new pillows to get better sleep. No room service, but that's ok since washer and dryer in room. Restaurant food was horrible and expensive- tried breakfast and dinner with equally same bad result. Pools and grounds were great!

Excellent Location

This is such a great location across from the Fairmount Princess. 4 pools to choose from, pretty low-key and quiet. Great staff, too.

Great value and upgraded suites

The suites were a big surprise to me; they are incredibly modern and stylish. Having three TV's was also great and unexpected, and there are many, many channels available. The bedding was very comfortable and of high quality, with outlets and USB charging ports throughout . The kitchen had everything we needed, including full-sized appliances. Enjoyed having the choice of four swimming pools, each with its own unique attribute; one has misting machines to keep you cool, another a waterfall, another has 60's and 70's music for us Baby Boomers. There was plenty fo parking for all of the many buildings on the property. We would stay here again without question.
