Great room and resort

Our stay in Scottsdale was fantastic! Our deluxe one bedroom suite was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The four different pools were wonderful to swim and relax in. The kids pool was perfect. Our room was located near the restaurant and market which made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would go back again and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a getaway vacation.

First time staying here . Will stay again! Meet every need we had and pool was family friendly as well as staff was great.

Family Mini Vacation

I would highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are awesome and the pool area is the best I’ve seen at a hotel especially the play pool area. We definitely will be back!!

Very clean resort!

Resort grounds and our room were very clean. Although we were disappointed in not having daily cleaning service (and I didn't recall seeing that before booking at the resort), my wife was quite impressed with the laundry set up in our condo, which was complimentary. (and we made good use of) Condo had a great sized kitchen and dining area for our family, and the 2 separate bathrooms were a huge asset during our trip! Nice swimming pools, and nice game room. Overall, very impressed with the resort and the staff - we will likely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Service

We loved our first experience at this resort that we returned for another week one year later!!! From the moment we arrived the front desk staff made sure our requests were met and did everything she could to make sure they happened. . We love the villas and ammentites they provide - the pools are very nice and we enjoyed the time we spent by them. The location is on the very North side of Scottsdale but is so easy to get to and does not hinder anything. The drive to any location from here is so easy. We will be back .

Great Scottsdale spot

Was in town for a friends wedding and stayed at this resort. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Everyone is friends and rooms are awesome! Great place.

Good and Bad

I love Scottsdale, and I really like this Resort. The rooms are fabulous, but the desk staff were not helpful or friendly. The restaurant was closed for 2 days, so was the pool. The restaurant opened and then the patio was closed. The beds are not that great, but the pillows were what made sleeping horrible. The pillows are small hard squares. If you try to use 2 it elevates your head so much it gets sore, and using 1 was just as horrible. Tossed and turned all night, and both my husband and 1 had sore hips and shoulders in the morning. I also would have liked my bed to be made ( not changed ) and the lotion and shampoo topped up. The little things are what makes the experience.

I definitely had an awesome stay. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Full-size kitchen with all the amenities.

Great hotel for families

We really enjoyed our two night visit! We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom, which was SO NICE for our large family. The kids LOVED the water slides--we were only bummed that they close at 6:30pm. My 3 year old loved the water park for younger kids. The room was clean, and when we ran into an issue, the staff addressed it immediately. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and a laid back vibe at this hotel. Great value!

Excellent club

A great place for a family of guys golf trip. We loved the four bedroom villa. Nicely decorated and very convenient.
