Excellent!

Clean, beautiful rooms, awesome pool and friendly staff! We will return!

Nice staycation spot

We went for the pools and activities for the kids, as well as the size of the room relative to the price. My main complaint was that it appeared I was double-charged when I checked in—we had paid in full, but in addition to the deposit charge, a preauthorized charge was made to my credit card for even more than I’d already paid for the room. The lady at the front desk said she would fix it, but the charge loomed on my card all weekend, which caused unnecessary anxiety. The kids loved the pools but caught colds from swimming in them. We stayed in a ground floor room, which was partially underground, and the people above us pounded the floor like elephants, which couldn’t really be helped. The room was very nice, but the linens were old and used, more like motel quality. The towels were very old and ratty. The kitchen was spotless though, so kudos to housekeeping.

Awesome Resort

Best resort we have stayed at in phoenix for a family of 5. Rooms are huge! Our kids loved all the pools!! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

really great place to stay.I loved the Marshall Pepper singer that appeared for a small concert.

Business stay

I had to stay in town and do some business with Mayo Clinic. The hospital was within five minutes away. I stayed here for the convenience and the good reviews. It seemed like an excellent place for vacation with the family although I did not bring mine at the time. Very spacious apartment like feel with full kitchen/stove/oven/refrigerator/dishwasher as well as the washer and dryer for clothing. Staff was very nice, the amenities were great, many places within walking distance as well, many restaurants in the local area. Everything I needed for short business day but could definitely consider coming back with the family and staying for a week or more without any trouble. I see why it’s a choice how many people staying in this area.

We have stayed at the resort two years in a row. Not sure we will be back for a 3rd year. We do love the resort it’s a nice getaway. Pioneer Pepper is just simply awesome! If you haven’t seen him on Thursday night you are missing out! Even though “true” cowboy music isn’t really my thing my kids (5

Excellent resort

Good service, room with kitchen and my kids loved the pool and activities

Not good.

Ambassador member, was not offered upgrade, late check out was 1100, I was placed on 3rd floor with no elevator. Front desk staff snippy, but on site and cleaning staff was great.

Weekend getaway

Had a great time can’t wait to do it again the rooms was perfect and the pool was a relaxing spot for the afternoon

Great value

Could not have asked for a better vacation. Holiday Inn Vacation Club made it hard to leave the resort and the kids begged come back again.
