Wheelchair accessible

After we made our reservation online I called the property to make sure we had a wheelchair accessible room. The room was awesome. It had plenty of space for the wheelchair and the shower is roll-in. It was so convenient being able to park right next to our ramp for our room! We would recommend this hotel to other handicapped individuals.

Great place for kids

Very very kid friendly. Would definitely recommend it to any family trying to have a little getaway

Perfect for families

You cannot find another resort with these types of amenities for kids and large suites for anywhere near the price. We have been here several times and will always come back.

Fabulous Summer Family Fun

We stayed one night here with my boys ages 5 and 8. I wish we had more time here. The pools were fabulous for kids, the activity room was always clean and had fun games for the boys, finally the activities and the staff who carried out the activities were beyond exceptional. My boys made play dough, duct tape wallets, and participated in many other group activities. They had an absolute blast!

Staycation

This is our second year coming here and it was great relaxing fun! Probably wouldn't go on 4th of July again, because of how busy it was. We still had a great time.

Great experience with kids.

We were very pleased with the accommodations as it felt like being at home with the ability to cook and wash and dry clothes.

Power outage in summer, CAR SALES mentality

We were offered a chance to listen to purchase options. DONT DO THIS. 1) it’s not 90 mins. 2) they push you worse than the most awful car salesman ever. 3) the fee for purchase is high and don’t use them as mortgage agent since they don’t identify that there actually may not be tax write-off now due to new laws (ask your accountant) and the interest can be as high as 15.9 percent. When the pool power goes out and the AC don’t kick people out of the pool and then say it isn’t your fault when asked for price reduction for the hassle etc.

Should be a five star hotel!

Where to start! I work in property management so customer service is key! Everyone was awesome and the activities they offer is original. Everything was so clean including pools. Rooms are very modern, but no housekeeping. We did the time share meeting and both Rick and Jared were awesome. They made the meeting worthwhile! Thank you for the memories and good week spent!

Family fun

My daughter and I live coming here. The pools and slides are alot of fun and my daughter really enjoys the kids activities they have. The Casita and the pools,grounds are always nice and clean.
