Nice place, great pools, service could be better

We stayed for 5 days. Loved the room, pools and facilities. Everything was clean and inviting. The way the staff (front desk) reply is a little rude- polite. Like: Sorry Sir, can't help with that... 2 things; first of all breakfast for 20$ or day (which is only for 2 pers.) Have to be ordered 2

Great Customer Service

This hotel was a bit difficult to find however once we did our vacation was off to a great start. Plenty of space to spread out in our two bedroom villa, many amazing pools on property, and a great little market for quick snacks (including beer and wine). Unfortunately the second morning my wife woke up to several red spots on both her legs. I didn't have any however we felt it was best to notify guest services. I contacted them and they immediately forwarded me to the manager. I explained that my wife had a few red spots on her legs and that were wanted sunshine to come check the bed and change the linens. They informed me it would be taken care of. I let her know we would be leaving the room and she verified that going in would be ok. When we came back to the room, approximately 6 hours later, we found the mattresses flipped up against the wall and a note in the table saying room checked no bugs. I immediately called guest services and they were shocked that this was how are room was left. They started they should send someone to put beds back together and put new linens. Shortly after two people came to the room, apologized for the issue and put the beds back together with new linens. The manager contacted me after the two people left and apologized for the issue and provided us with a guest credit. I appreciated the customer service and treatment we received from the individuals who came to the room and the manager. Terrible walking into bedroom that looks like it has been broken into however kudos for the customer service to make it right!

Fun resort in Arizona for families

Property was great. Pools were fun. The restaurant was OK, I might go off property the next time.

Amazing Resort

My family and I usually vacation at a neighboring resort, and decided to take a chance and try out the Holiday Inn Club resort. We are extremely happy we did. The resort was amazing! Our family truly got to relax and enjoy our time. The onsite restaurant made it easy to stay at the resort, and the food was excellent. My daughter enjoyed the daily activities provided, and the 4 pools were amazing. We cannot wait to book our next vacation here!

Excellent stay

Amazing!

We had a great time, swimming and playing with our kids. Having the lifeguards there was awesome! We watched a lifeguard named Max go above and beyond watching all those kids! He was awesome! Only downfall.... was wasting 2.5 hours at the property tour.

Great experience, location, and amenities. The staff help at check in with sites to see, location of stores and restaurant to try.

Family Time

We didn't do a out-of-state vacation for our immediate family this year, so we decided to that's all one of our favorite resorts in town. Despite the weather conditions which is out of all of our control we had an awesome time. I love how there are so many different things for the kids to do on stay and are active and busy. I love the luxury of the rooms in the layout definitely feels like home away from home. Only complaint I have is the check out time would love for it to be later.

A great place for a family reunion with young children

We really enjoyed our stay. My grand kids had a lot of fun in the pools and participating in some of the planned activities offered for children by the hotel. With the kids happy, moms and dads were happy too.
