Our stay

This was our first time visiting this location the room was very nice clean and comfortable very quiet stay the only thing that I would say that was interesting was the daily grass cutting every morning at 530 was awaken by the machines running around with the lights shining at you they look like aliens running around lol we will definitely be back

Awesome place to stay for families so much to do!

Holiday Inn orange lake is such an amazing place to visit for families, couples and even a friends trip. There is so much to do for all age groups! My family loves it here!!! 1st visit a lot of our time was spent at Disney parks but this year we wanted a more relaxed vacation and the kids didn’t mind we spent about 80% of our vacation in the resort! They had plenty of activities and fun events that our kids always had some thing to enjoy! Can’t wait for next year visit!!!!!

Rooms were not maintained properly

I was not pleased with my stay at Orange Lake Orlando. My reservation was canceled the day I arrived. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes for assistance while at registration desk. The woman who gave me the map for my room gave me the wrong room # which had riding in circles for 30 minutes. Then the toilet was leaking from the base in the main suite. Then the employee who came to fix it left because he said his shift was over. Second employee fixed the wrong toilet and then took 2 hours to fix it correctly. No one from management ever called to check or apologize for inconvenience. I am an owner for over 25 years this place is going down hill. Second room had stains in the middle of it

The room was by a noisy highway and the room wasn't cleaned our entire stay. The water pressure was weak in the room.

Home Away From Home

The room was modern and spacious. Having all the amenities you needed(laundry, cookware, etc.), it gave a home away from home feel. Service was exceptional! Maddie at Leeward and Kyle at Breezes were Amazing!

Orange Lake

We love Orange Lake Resort and have been visiting for over 20 years. We always stay in the North Village and really like the area. The condos could use some updates with the furniture and the TV’s. I put towels on the couches because they looked dirty and worn. Smart TV’s would be a nice upgrade too! We like to relax at night and were unable to access any of the networks we like. The other recommendation we have is the staff at the front desk and other service areas to have training in customer service. So unfriendly and not at all helpful with any questions. A smile and welcome would go a long way. The bar staff at the pools were awesome, friendly and eager to serve well. There is a big contrast in customer service. We will look forward to returning!

Room Cleanliness

Room cleanliness doesnt just mean dusting and wiping top surfaces. The unit we were assigned had a lot of debris and dead bug carcasses in the tracks of both bedroom and livingroom sliders. Mold was visible in and around jets and exterior crevices of master bath tub. Was told that this was a newly finished unit. Looks like they slathered paint over the dirt. And the "new" granite counter was already cracked. Poor quality.

Fantastic stay

This was an amazing experience for my whole family we had all of the fun and we didnt leave the resort. It had something for everyone. The staff, room, and amenities were all above and beyond my expectations! I can't wait to go back and get to do the things we didnt get to do this past stay.

We had a lovely stay. Staff was great and on top of any issues we ran into. Highly recommend staying here. The price is great and lots to do with family and friends.
