Terrible

I would never recommend this resort to anybody in fact I will probably go out of my way to tell people not to come here. We are in Orlando 5 to 6 times a year and wanted to try a new resort. The fact that you can’t even swim in the pool without having to pay $30 per kid just to keep them safe in the pool is insane! From the first night we got there we started experiencing exposure to mold symptoms and my entire family would get coughing and runny noses and headache headaches anytime we were in the room.. I looked up into the vents, and there is mold in them. You can’t use the phone that connects to the front desk because there’s no service to it, the fridge was banged up and dirty, the bed sheet felt like plastic and they were making my skin so itchy. Overall, we were so disappointed any amenity that they advertise as an additional $30 per kid! We traveled with 4 kids, we would’ve had a better experience paying for luxury by the time you pay for all the daily fees to do anything. The playground was free to use but closed 15 minutes after we got there…. Literally the worst hotel ever

Front desk service needs to be improved

Resort is huge and nice, yet the amenities is too commercialized. Also there are hidden charges that don’t match in the bill when I reserved.

This property desperately needs renovation

This property desperately needs renovation. Hallway between rooms smelled bad. Huge dirty tower garment bins left all over the hall ways. Only one vending machine for water ground floor. No place for food until 9am in main building.

Poor Timeshare Experience

I Have stayed at the Orange Lake previously and went back to confirm if timeshare was the right solution for me and my family. Although the property was clean and tidy it was located on a busy intersection and far away from any amenities. I was woken up every morning before 6am by mowers cutting grass on the golf course. I stayed with my 8 year old granddaughter who loves to swim, the nearest pool required a drive in the car!. At no point in the stay was any attempt made to understand my needs or go out of the way to promote the resort.
