Fantastic Vacation

We are actually owners at this resort and have been coming for 13 years now. Great resort amenities and very close to all the parks. Lots of food choices just outside the gates. Really cannot go wrong with this location

Florida with No Air

The resort itself was neat but our room was without air for our entire stay. Even in December, the Florida sun will heat a room so we were unable to use our room during the day and we could not sleep well at night. It was never fixed despite being repeatedly told it was broken and we were not offered a different room.

Cancelled Due to Incompetent Front Desk Service

This was one of the most miserable hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of customer service was shockingly poor, particularly at the front desk. The staff appeared poorly trained and disengaged, manager on duty has no name tag was exceptionally rude, uninformed, and dismissive. Instead of assisting, he escalated frustration through ignorance and lack of basic professionalism. The experience was so negative that I cancelled my stay entirely and moved to another, far more welcoming hotel. That alone should speak volumes. This property urgently needs better training, better management, and a complete reset of its customer service standards. I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider until meaningful improvements are made.

Poor condition, cleanliness, and customer service

This resort’s location is very good, near Disney animal kingdom; however, the room condition & cleanliness of this hotel/resort is very bad. This hotel did not honor my room upgrade request for being a platinum elite member even though they had plenty of room availability for an upgrade. I waited over an hour in line for a check-in.

Unprofessional service, rude customer service

Our family’s Christmas stay was deeply disappointing and far below IHG standards. At check-in, I was clearly told that as an IHG Platinum member I qualified for a 2:00 PM late checkout and could request it on departure day. The hotel also scheduled me for a Holiday Inn Vacation Club timeshare presentation that morning. On checkout day, the late checkout was suddenly denied, and staff responded coldly and dismissively, even suggesting I bring my child and luggage to the presentation. The presentation ran over two hours, forcing rushed packing on Christmas Eve and disrupting our holiday. Service failures continued, including ignored requests for sofa bed preparation and missing bedding. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. Deeply disappointing and well below IHG standards.

Pleasantly surprised

Family holiday The three- bedroom villa was a perfect choice for this group. Ages ranged from 1yr. to over 60. Easy access to amenities, shopping was at your fingertips. Great walking/ running areas; good gyms. Did not have time to use the golf course. The staff is great; answers questions completely. I would recommend to family and friends.

Its a nice place in a good area. Problem with this place is it's all just a money grab for example they want you to rent tubes for the lazy river at a rate of $9 per tube per day. And they have it posted that you cant just bring your own. Putt putt is also $10 per person per day. And if you want more than 2 wrist band keys you have to pay for those as well. This is the 4th Holliday inn club vacation I've stayed in and it's also my lowest ranking one.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was great. They should have had smart TV's. The shower heads also were not good in this particular room.

Overall pretty good

Great property with a lot to do. Room was very clean and spacious for a family trip. Amazing location as well. Our only major issue is the WiFi do the property was out basically out the whole time we were there. Which was a major downside.
